We recently bought a new leather suite from Allan's Furniture Warehouse, John who we bought our furniture with could not be more helpful, answered any questions we had, including the 5 years insurance and how it covers our suit, I have recommended Allan's Warehouse to family and friends

Abysmal service. Poor quality product and poor attitude from management when complaint raised formally.

21OCT24 - Response noted but far from effective. The communication has been dire, and the issue has not been resolved. Important to make that clear........

The sales assistant Tom was very helpful. He advised me on the products I was looking for and gave me time to decide what I wanted. I was happy with the products I ordered.

Great customer service from John. Very helpful. Suggested a riser chair as part of suite which I hadn't thought of. Perfect solution to my needs.

I had purchased a table 2 years ago which and started damaging at the tabletop. I communicated this to Allans by email and phone earlier In the year but had not heard back. I had accepted at this point I would need to purchase a new table however on my travels did turn up to the store and discussed the issues. The manager John was very helpful and apologetic for never getting back to us. He had looked over the issue, seen images of what went wrong and agreed with the opinion that this is a product defect and in an unexpected turn of events agreed to replace the table saving me significant amount of money. I really appreciate John's effort and have restored faith in the company and in addition now also offer product insurance on purchase. I would however say it may be more beneficial to speak to the team should there be an issue with evidence they may just surprise you. Top effort from the team.

Tom was courteous and helpful. Product was as expected.

We had travelled from greenock and were looking for a dining table and chairs as we are moving into a new house, we found one that we liked and spoke to john, john was very helpful and even knocked some money off the price, we sorted arrangement for delivery and the customer service was great from start to finish, will definitely be back.

I have dealt with Gerard and his team for a number of years for rental properties and personal. Always helpful and friendly. Good service and wide selection of items to suit most budgets. Very accommodating when it comes to deliveries.

We were looking for flooring for our new kitchen.
Ryan Fraser looked after us and he was most helpful showing us different types and designs of flooring.
He also brought chosen sample to our house so we could view it in situ.
Flooring arrived within timescale given and was fitted perfectly by Craig and his team.
Would definitely use Allans again.

Have now bought a few items of furniture from Allans and cannot fault the service I have received. Tom has always been friendly and welcoming and does not pressure you to make a purchase.
The furniture is really good quality and great prices.
Cannot recommend them enough for lovely good quality and reasonably priced furniture

We recently visited Allan Furniture Store and decided to purchase the Arianna Grey Marble Dining Table along with specific chairs that complemented the table and our home's aesthetic. A few days after placing the order, we received a call informing us that the chairs we had chosen were no longer being manufactured, and we were asked to select different ones. My wife chose alternate chairs, but after a family discussion, we realized that these new chairs did not align with the look we originally had in mind for our home.

We promptly called John at the store to explain the situation and requested to cancel the order. To our surprise, we were told that the order could not be canceled because “it is all ordered in,” even though we were informed that the process would take 4-6 weeks. How could everything be finalized within a day of selecting the new chairs?

Later, we received another call from John, stating that we would be charged 5% of the total order if we proceeded with the cancellation. This was shocking, especially considering it had only been 7 days since we placed the order. Their website clearly states a 14-day policy for reimbursement when the goods arrive, but we haven’t even received anything yet!

This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. We feel misled and mistreated by Allan Furniture Store, and we strongly advise others to avoid shopping here. The customer service and policies are not aligned with customer satisfaction, and the lack of flexibility is unacceptable.

Tom was so helpful in advising us what all they had to offer. He wasn’t pushy at all and we got a great deal with a sturdy bed, firm mattress & lovely head board ..

Purchased dining set plus TV unit from there website as we live in Northumberland and could not have wanted for better quality and service. The virtual tour of the shop helped greatly in choosing the colour of the furniture we were after.
The furniture was delivered when it was supposed to be and as things sometimes happen in life on unpacking the corner of the table top was damaged which was reported to John the manager who told us to use it untill he could get new top and true to his word we now have top replaced.
Excellent purchase of good quality furniture.
I would not hesitate in further purchases and recommending to friends and family

John was very helpful when we choosing a suite and gave us time to choose, no hard sell.
