Tom the sales representative was very helpful and a pleasure to do business with and the price was very reasonable

Bought a couch 2x2 seater from Tom , it was on Display, got home measured the space and it was too small.
Phoned Tom and he immediately started the refund.
We have used this company several times and will be back

Bought our suite in 4th October and it got delivered on 24th October. Delighted with the service from Tom and the two young men who delivered it.

John and Gerrard help resolve a manufacturing issue with my new sofa. The staff were very professional and apologetic when the issues were noted. Due to how they resolved the issues with ourselves we would not hesitate to use allans furniture again.

Wanted to buy a sofa bed and Tom was most helpful and knowledgeable. I was happy to buy one and very happy with this sale. Excellent service and I will have no hesitation in using this company again.

Received a warm welcome on arrival. Greeted in bed dept by Tom who was very helpful but in no way pushy. Explained different options after listening to what we were after. We were delighted to purchase our new bed and had a good experience. Some of the larger furniture chains could learn from Allans.

Excellent quality and very big range of stock. Prices were also excellent and John who looked after us during our visit was extremely friendly knowledgeable and made the whole buying process first class

Have purchased many items from Allan’s over a 36yr period and cannot fault in any way. From living room to bedroom and flooring have always received good customer service, recently purchased a new suite and Gary Horne was extremely helpful in this department, very friendly and customer focused, no sales pressure which can happen in other stores. Thanks again and we will be back when other goods needed.

Bought a 3+2 reclining sofa set. Delivery was bit late but finally arrived. When tried to put them in living room at different positions, thought we made a mistake coz three seater was a bit bigger then we expected. Got a after sales call from John (manager) after few days. Explained him the situation and he happily agreed to replace my three seater with another two seater and one single chair. Just waiting for my replacement now.

Just made a purchase for a King size mattress and Tom 135401 recommended it. Great service and allowed us to try out a few before buying. Liked his wit and wisdom, so hopefully will all go smooth when the bed arrives in 3 weeks as agreed by Tom, so trust that. Their jingle is also catchy too. Nobody does it better🤣. Tom had my wife laughing so five stars from me. Happy wife, happy life

Amazing experience at Allan’s today, Tom was very welcoming from the minute we walked through the door, untill the sale was complete, encouraged us to try the mattress, great deal, looking forward to a good nights sleep!

Excellent service again, this is our second suite from Allan's got bedroom furniture and dinning room table and chairs, I would highly recommend Allan's good quality and reasonable prices, delivery was great, called before hand to give us a time, also with our first suite had trouble getting through the door and the guy's helped take window out, over and above service.

We went to Allans recently for a new leather suite. Had brilliant customer service from John in the leather centre who went above and beyond the call of duty, also the delivery men were very thorough checking everything was ok and took all the packaging away. The suite is fabulous and comfortable. We just purchased a matching coffee table and looking forward to receiving it. Will use Allans again.

Went to Allans for a new mattress . Salesman was honest and helpful. I had an idea what i was looking for and he didn't stray from that and try to get me to spend more than i needed . I was shown a few different brands in the style i liked and actually saved myself a few pounds .
Felt listened to and valued .
Definitely going back when i need othe furniture items . Great staff. Fantastic staff
