Ordering was easy. I was kept updated on progress. Although delivery was scheduled for Friday, and the Rollster didn’t arrive until Monday, I was astonished and delighted, most pleasantly surprised, that it was possible at all to deliver to the Isle of Man in these extraordinarily difficult times.

The Rollster is absolutely everything it promised and my mother, the user, is absolutely delighted with it, an outstanding product.

Unfortunately After care (customer Services ) has no responsibility for injury which may case by this walker,s user , just after 2 months I purchased and it has to be under grantee, they refused me because it is happened on holiday and not refund my money back for the 4 wheel walker which I have bought for my son from all care was very light weight as they explained has enough strange for people till 300 pound weight , it is not true at all and is not suitable for people with heavy weighted like my son who is 105 kg (231 pound) which is far from 300 pound . It cause him head injury very badly and had lost too much blood and it was close to dead and was in hospital for medication and scan and stitching and it cost me lots of money and I have all hospital paper,s work and payslip and his head,s injury pictures. The doctor in hospital not recommend this walker anymore because it is rubbish .

Ordered a rollator for my elderly aunt. I checked online prices and this was the best price. It included free delivery and was VAT exempt as my aunt has a disability. I was kept informed of delivery and goods arrived on time. Unfortunately a part was missing hence 4 stars. However the customer service was excellent and the part shipped out by special delivery and received the next day.
