Sadly I have to agree with the previous reviews. I ordered over 5 weeks before I needed an item due to the 3-4 week turnaround and chase it at 4 weeks as the order was still showing unfulfilled. To be told Royal Mail didn't show up as expected and that it would be sent the next day. Suffice to say, order still not fulfilled and have had no contact, despite reaching out again to cancel the order.
Delays and no communication
Can only agree with previous recent reviews... Turnaround time is advised at 4 weeks, yet I am still waiting 7 weeks later. Reached out twice and received no response. Dissapointing as have ordered once before with no issue.

After originally ordering a top at the beginning of April I received it finally around 6 weeks later after emailing to ask where it was as the turnaround time was 3-4 weeks! This wasn't the issue!!
The top was too large (my fault) but on the website it does state I was able to exchange for a different size which after a few emails it was agreed with postage being at my expense.
I sent it back mid May and after hearing nothing for 3-4 weeks I emailed for an update. After No response to my 3 emails and Instagram message! I then messaged again on Instagram after two weeks of trying to get into contact with seller and finally received a response saying an email had been sent regarding the cost of return postage. I never received any email.!
I explained this and told seller that if I had received an email back from her two weeks ago I would have been happy to pay this but after being ignored I think it fitting she cover the cost this time which was agreed. Fast forward another 4 weeks and still no item or word on when I was getting it. I have sent two messages on Instagram and both have been ignored yet they can update their story.
After reading a review on here I went through my bank and claimed back the money through them. The day after I strangely received an email order confirmation so assume that the item hasn’t even been started yet.!
I don’t know if I’m actually ever going to get this item I purchased back in April.. I wish I’d just kept the one that was too big. Please avoid this business at all costs!! Absolutely appalling communication, always has an excuse, items take forever… I could go on!
Edit** I finally received the top after fighting for a refund (with my bank) in SEPTEMBER originally ordered in April and it’s faulty… absolute Scam!!

Ordered 2 months ago and still haven’t received my order despite my email confirmation stating 3-4 weeks. Multiple excuses and poor customer service. Will be surprised if I actually receive my order. I try to support small businesses but unfortunately would not recommend this one.

I ordered two t-shirts for my husband and daughter as birthday gifts for our upcoming disneyland paris trip.
tried getting in touch with the seller as the turnaround time had passed and I hadn't heard anything or had any shipping confirmation. I emailed and also messaged via Instagram for around 2 weeks before finally receiving a reply to say that the seller had been away for a few days. (a simple change to her turnaround time on her website /socials to inform customers during this period would have helped). She then informed me that she had Dispatched my order and that it was due two days later. What she failed to tell me was that She had only dispatched one of two of my items, which i only found out when i received my order. the one item i did receive was poor quality and half the print was missing, not great when this was meant to be for a gift. The seller informed me that she had shipped the second T-shirt that day, However, I am still waiting for the item and i’m not confident she ever sent it in the first place.
i understand this Business is run by one person but the organisation and the quality of products they are selling absolutely awful. They are happy to take peoples money but after that they don’t seem bothered about customer satisfaction. My experience led to me opening a chargeback dispute with my bank and after informing the seller about this she finally refunded my order. If i had read the reviews about this place beforehand i definitely
wouldn’t have ordered and won’t be doing so in future!
Late and no contact
Going to WDW in Oct, came across this company and the designs on the t-shirts were do unique, just what I was looking for. The had an offer on which was 3 for 2. The delivery was late. Their own website says that you will recieve items in 3-4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and 3 days then emailed them asking for an update, when it was 5 weeks late I finally got confirmation from Royal Mail that the sender had dispatched it to them, on the 6th week the tracking was updated do all in all 2.5weeks late. After receiving them I have noticed that one of the shirts, even though good quality and exactly as advertised, is rather large and wanted to know if I can swap/send back. I have emailed this company 4 times and never once had a reply.
Poor customer service - be careful!
After being a pleased previous customer I placed another order but I was unhappy with the colour - it was much brighter than I expected. Emailed asking if I could exchange it (not expecting a refund) and received email asking why- I replied but since no response
I wanted to warn customers not to expect help if your order is not what you expected.
Great sweatshirt, but slow delivery
I have ordered twice from this company. I loved the sweatshirts. I was very happy with the designs and with the quality. The only snag, is the time it takes from ordering to recieving. I did email with regard to my second order and got a reply next day with an expected date which was helpful, but I'd have given 5 stars if the delivery time was quicker. If you need your sweater for a specific date you need to order well in advance.
Utterly shocking experience with these…
Utterly shocking experience with these guys. Placed an order in November for a trip in December. Website was showing a 4 week production time so you’d assume we’d be fine. Sadly not. Trip is next week and no update from the company. Have sent multiple emails via the website and once on instagram. Had zero reply.
I notice they charge for express production and I can’t help but think the 4 week production time is nothing more than a ruse to get you to pay for that.
Beautiful jumpers
Ordered 3 jumpers, one for myself and my sister and one for my niece, made a mistake and ordered the wrong design cos I wasn’t paying attention 🤦🏼♀️. This was sorted and all 3 jumpers are beautiful! Can’t wait for us all to wear them in Disneyland Paris
Three perfect Disney T-shirts
Three perfect Disney T-shirts. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and the products I’ve received. T-shirts are great quality, the lady I spoke to via customer service chat was super lovely and made a note of the date I flew to Disney to ensure I got them on time. She also responded within a couple of hours. Perhaps the negative reviews are being a little harsh?
Disappointed with quality. Item also had animal hairs stuck to it and stuck under the transfer stickers.
Received my items, eventually. There are small white animal hairs stuck under the transfers. Part of one of the transfers is also missing. Not the usual standard you'd expect from a small business. Tried to correspond with the seller and she was vile.

I love buying from small businesses and do it as often as I can even when very similar can be bought elsewhere at a lower cost because the quality and the customer service from a small business is usually so much better, sadly not my experience.
I understand that small businesses have to have policies etc in place but when a customer has contacted you already and not received a reply so contacts again evidencing the previous message it’s not fair to make no effort to help the customer.

This isn’t my first review. It probably won’t be my last! Just had another delivery of two perfect t shirts from All Ears Boutique. I cannot fault anything I have ever received and my first purchase is still going strong despite many wears and washes!

So I’ve tried this shop now twice. The first time was back in 2020 during covid lockdown & I put in an order of two jumpers & it was due to be a 6 week turnaround. It was 12 weeks before the products arrived and every attempt I made to contact the shop was ignored - I emailed, I used Instagram messages, I commented on their Instagram posts asking about my order & was totally ignored. The products themselves are lovely & because the first order was in the middle of covid I gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed another order a couple of months ago. It stated a 4 week turnaround but was a little longer and still hadn’t said the order had been dispatched so I contacted them - this time I did get a response & she explained why it had taken longer which I was grateful for but she just had an attitude (maybe my back was already up because of my previous experience). She said she’d post them on the Monday with 48hr tracked - they were posted Monday evening (around 6pm) and the products did eventually arrive on the Thursday. Again, the products are really nice which is why I went for a 2nd order, but I think I’m done with it now. The customer service experience with my first order was really bad/non-existent, and the second time the customer service wasn’t great.
I love being able to support small businesses but I’ve now been put off buying from this one

Mixed feelings
My husband ordered a jumper for myself that was perfect. Good quality and recommend them. However he ordered a personalised T-shirt for my daughter and selected the size for a 3 year old however it’s arrived way too big and for a 8 year old. We checked the paper work and it was an error on the complies behalf so he’s contacted them
Twice and no response. This is disappointing as she loved the T-shirt but obviously can’t wear it as it drowns her. So all in all very mixed feelings.
Waited 6 weeks for the wrong item...
I ordered my item understanding that there was a 5-6 week turnaround which I allowed for. I noticed I’d had no update on my order so contacted the business owner to politely ask when she was likely to send as I had intended on gifting the top for Mother’s Day. She explained that she was due to send out on Monday but said could send out on the Friday for Saturday delivery. I accepted gratefully. However when I received my parcel it wasn’t printed with the message I had clearly requested and was printed on the delivery note in my package. To be fair to the owner, I did contact her to express my disappointment in waiting the full 6 weeks and still not receiving the correct item, to which she has given a full refund at my request. What I did not appreciate was the comment that the tops must have gotten mixed up because she had to rush to get it sent on Friday, making it sound as if the error was my fault. This was a service that she offered, she could have said it wouldn’t be possible to send out earlier. Regardless of when it was sent, that does not excuse sending the wrong item. Also, on the quality of the t-shirt... it’s absolutely awful... they are really cheap awful quality T-shirts and definitely not worth the money that they cost or the time it takes to receive the order.

Brilliant company to deal with. Yes the products take a little while but they are bespoke so you wait for quality.
My order - because of Royal Mail went AWOL but Courtney could not have been more helpful. She got the problem resolved straight away and was in regular contact with me regarding each step.
The product themselves are of such high quality & beautifully made.
I will definitely be using We’re all ears again & again & again.
