Terry was very polite and efficient. i was unsure if the company would take my dogs sample. he looked me up and said it would be fine i really appreciate a polite agent rather than AI. so keep using live agents, like Terry.

I had not heard anything yet

I had not heard anything from the company at all. Shawn checked into it and said that it hasn't arrived in the UK yet. I let him know that the "track your test" on the website wasn't even showing that they were waiting for my submission. He sent me a copy of the database to let me know that I WAS in the system.

I couldn't send my sample to the US due…

I couldn't send my sample to the US due to the new Regulations. So I asked about what to do and they gave me the direct address for the UK lab

Resolution

I was unsure of my submission after purchasing a allergen test for food sensitivity because I lost my email.... I wasn't sure what was happening after a month not receiving any test kit.. However, my caring customer service agent Cameron assisted me in tracking down my submission information and I was guided in the right direction, which helped my perfectly resolve my situation! Jordan was extremely helpful on explaining to me how the samples worked and what to do for sending them back to be tested. Customer Service is prompt and helpful

Cameron was helpful in pointing out that there was an online component that was not too clear to me.
