Amazing help!

I ordered my 2nd intolerance testing & received 46 pages back!!! It was SO detailed - but I accidentally deleted my email before printing - nervous about contacting you guys - I did the instant chat today & chatted with Shawn - upon providing my code/name he immediate resent to my email! Thank you Angel

Angel took the time to resend me the submission form I needed to submit my testing. My purchase was a very long time ago. Like 4 years. But due to cancer and treatments. I wasn't able to do my testing until recently. I asked a previous support tech. about a month ago. They refused to help other than say. "We can offer a discount on my next." That was not acceptable. I am very happy I tried again this month and got Angel. Ty so much! Now I just hope I can finally mail this in.

Not straightforward

Ordered this for my daughter who’s waiting for allergy testing but the time hasnt arrived yet and i’m looking for ways to know what her allergens are. Came across this site and thought might do this while waiting for the proper allergy testing for her. At first, after putting the order in, I didn’t receive any confirmation email which prompted me to contact their customer service. Live chat was with Cameron who told me that my order was just a digital test which means I have to fill out the form they sent me in the email, print the barcode and send them the sample then. In short, I have to do everything on my side with all the resources I have - no physical kit. Then if I want to upgrade to receive a physical kit, it would be 10€. atm, I’m still thinking of whether to pursue with ordering the physical kit or find ways here at home. My problem is just that I dont have a working printer now. So in short, the test for me is not straightforward from ordering to sending the samples.
But Cameron from Live Chat has been really helpful in explaining to me the things I have to do.

I ordered my test 7/17

I ordered my test 7/17. Today is 8/14. I contacted customer service 3x trying to locate my order. No one gave me an answer and they don’t even respond with anything except thanking me for contacting them and hoping they resolved my issue. They never even spoke to me about the issue, let alone fix it. I’ll buy from their competitor. I want a refund.

Complete waste of money

Complete waste of money!

From start to finish, the whole process has been a complete waste of time and money. Would highly warn others away from using this service/provider.

From inaccurate results, poor order fulfilment, poor communication to no refunds (as advertised).

I suffer known and suspected allergies, from simple dog/cat allergies to some food intolerances. None of these were picked up however foods which I eat without any issues show as highly intolerant. My partner was the same.

Ordered the couples bundle, only received one test kit. Took months to receive a new kit as communication channels are ineffective. Emails are not responded to, phone line does not work, only the Live Chat function on the website is responsive.

Money back guarantee, as advertised on their website, is apparently only applicable to hair samples (which are known to be inaccurate, hence going for a blood sample). I wouldn't be surprised if there was T&C's which preclude those samples too.

Could not be more disappointed in this utter waste of time and money, so again, I strongly suggest you do not use this service

Had to contact live chat due to not getting a tracking for my box once it was explained to me that I just needed to send it in an envelope as they don’t send anything out. It was quick communication only had to wait 12hrs for a response. Communication was clear and sorted with only two emails. Now I am just waiting for my results.

I completed some testing last year and when I logged on to my online profile in Allergy test it looked like i'd never made an order and my results were not there. I hopped on the live chat and Avery was of great assistance, emailed my results within minutes. Thanks Avery!
