Unprofessionalism amongst a certain agentt/ agents
Hi there.I wasn't impressed with the first one or two agents as they left whilst I was still trying to explain my query to them as this was my first time being introduced to this platform ( website) and whilst taking to them, my messages kept disappearing like they did, off the radar without all my questions being answered to them as I'm new and am a concious South African senior citizen and an adult. Even my questions to the first agent/agents seemed to be ignored by the said person/persons until the last lady assisted me professionally, intelligently and very conscientiously.
The first agent/ agents in question, should learn how to be more courteous and helpful in assisting in treating their clients before going on their merry way. Enough said. Hope that it never transpires again.
