I’ve ordered an online gift card and still have not received the email with confirmation. The recipient hasn’t received the gift card either. This should be instant.
Payment has been processed though.
Is this a scam?

Not great. Ordered a €80 email voucher on 29 October and website tells me I'll get it within 3 working days. It's an voucher- no post required - hit the button is all they need to do. 4 working days later - no voucher. Should be instant but gave them the benefit of the doubt. Mail not in spam. Like I said - not great

Further to your reply, my 85 year old parents did not use their voucher, nor did we receive any cards in the post. Legally gift vouchers last 5 years, why so are you deleting vouchers after 3 years?

I got 100€ All gifts voucher from Dunnestores.
Can not use it or buy anything when I go in to All Gifts site.it keeps saying use your voucher but you can’t,they are a total nightmare..
I would be very grateful if you would send me a proper gift card that I can go in to Dunne’s and spend or even a voucher number and pin that Dunnestores do and make it easy to use.
This system is so complicated and does not work.

What a SCAM. I had been gifted an IKEA voucher - valid till 2028 - E50 euros worth. All Gifts made me set up an account just to redeem the voucher just to say 'Voucher Gift is no longer available from the Gift Partner'. GREAT - I need nothing else on this spammy site, I just needed my Ikea voucher.... thanks anyway. I ended up the vouchers value to the capuchin day centre. At least some good came from it

Absolute scam of a website.
They are physhing for your card information on false pretences of subscription, then they charge your card without any purchases or pattern for that matter, for example, it says that I subscribed a week ago and they took €9.99 off my card (though i know i did not subscribe to anything, but i did buy from the website), then today they charge €16 for "subscription" i blocked the future payments while contacting their customer care, then while I'm chatting with them another attempt to charge me for €6.99 was made, but thankfully the payment was blocked so was not complete.

They are a nightmare to use.I got an e-gift voucher for Xmas for Dunne stores..put in voucher code and pressed redeem. It say 100€ but I can’t spend it on Dunnestores or any where else either on e-gifts.very complicated ..

Bought an Original Irish Hotels Gift Voucher via AllGifts. Came beautifully packaged and nice selection of hotels!

This company makes it so difficult and impossible to redeem vouchers that people give up, seems like the biggest scam to me, avoid at all costs! So embarrassing twice now this has happened at checkout.

Delighted to have found allgifts.ie having previously been stung with another 'swirly' card that charged massive fees each time the card was used and also a non usage fee each month so I wasn't chancing that again.

Allgifts.ie was super easy to use and instant voucher emailed, printed and sent to the phone. Will be back for more employee vouchers!

I made a mistake on ordering an all gifts.ie gift card and immediately rang and emailed to rectify, hours later no customer service reply, an email reply to say sorry can’t do anything, first time using this gift card service as we always send all our family gift cards from another company and we are not happy at all and will return to our usual gift cards ! Apologies to this company who have since replied and rectified and I will try with them again

I received my cards with the wrong portal web site 13/12/23 Finally got the correct one but still cannot log in. No answer on the phone. New portal received via email but still cannot log in and no response to my help emails. 20/12/23

I ordered the emerald hamper on a Sunday for relatives in connecticut and they had it by Wednesday. I received a lovely photo of my aunt with the package and I know the contents won't last long! Ten out of ten! Would highly recommend!!

Still waiting for my item. Got a PayPal receipt bit haven't received any correspondence regarding my item. Paid for express shipping when I ordered. If I don't get it this week I'm initiating a fraud claim with my bank.

No one will reply to my inquiry concerning an item I ordered. They sent an email stating it shipped which was not true, usps has shipping label waiting on the item.
