Would give zero stars if possible. Horrendous experience. You’re not giving a voucher, you’re gifting a painful experience. Avoid.

Voucher code not working

I purchased a voucher and then realised I could only redeem on the site. I created an account to redeem the voucher to order a voucher card by post and the code did not work no matter how I input it. The system is not user friendly and confusing to first time users.

went to shop with voucher they said I…

went to shop with voucher they said I needed to go online ,set up account to redeem voucher , I already had done this and had voucher printed. they said they could do nothing , voucher only valid with all gifts and not with supplier. this voucher is for mcguirks golf.

We got a voucher from all gifts for…my husbands 50th

We got a voucher from all gifts for expedia group for €100. When we went to use it and book a hotel in Killarney the difference between booking directly with Expedia and through Expedia group is €51. Our €100 voucher is now worth €49. there is a service charge of €29 and the same room costs €22 more through Expedia Group. I have tried to get an explanation from Expedia Group but to no avail. They are not budging.

Don’t buy a voucher here as it is delivered as an email with your name on it and it’s not possible to gift it. Very stupid system.

You are actually sending a friend a problem not a gift card/voucher.

Be aware that You are not actually sending gift cards or vouchers but the recipient has to go through requesting the vouchers and then they may/may not turn up. I recently purchased vouchers for my sister which turned into a complete pain in the neck for both herself and me. A voucher did not turn up and both of us are now trying to get allgifts/allegro to ‘reach out’ to Dunnes store. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT SENDING A GIFT OF VOUCHERS YOU ARE SENDING THE RECIPIENT HASSLE AND GRIEF OF HAVING TO ASK FOR THE GIFT VOUCHERS

Terrible Customer Service

I have rang their 0035312530555 re AllGifts voucher for Eason’s I have redeemed the voucher but all I am receiving via email is order number not gift card no contacted Eason who say the problem is with AllGifts. I have rang their contact no at 5 times on 15/06/2022 and 16/06/2022 left my contact no NOBODY has ring me back no joy

Their Customer Service is Dreadful....I ordered a book 9/4/21 it is now October 13th 2021 and I have not received the item ordered. I have sent 7 emails left 4 voice mail messages with a person called
( Sharon. ) this so called individual has never called me back, oh I also tried to use their Chat option 3 times unfortunately each time chat was not available however they offer their email option which I believe they answered once to say it was on its way almost 4 weeks ago...still not here.....
If you want something for a gift forget anout this company you will be embarrassed when it does not arrive on time...
