Straightforward, clear process without lots of frustrations or surprises on the way.

The application went smoothly tonight. When I tried to purchase my car insurance last night, the 'Forgotten Password?' email link took ages (20 mins+) to arrive and then expired before I could use it to access my account. Very frustrating but glad it got sorted.

Verifiying email took a long time and I think a phone option is necessary

Everything was straight forward

Straightforward well ‘signposted’ site - which enabled quick access to my policy . Changes which needed to be made re my vehicle were instantly done and revised documents including Cert of Insurance were available immediately in my Documents.

Dont ever use this company for car insurance,,I got scammed by someone saying I hit their car when I never , This company took their side because they said they had a witness ,I did to but because it was a friend they didn't count ,,They said they would have lost in court ,absolute nonsense. My premium shot up £30 xtra a month

Found it quite long to get info through never received code via e mail until approx 30 mins or more.changed enail got confusing and went back to original as stated alresdy had account with that e mail

Waiting for over 20 min to get a call answered and not even a hello ..sorry you were waiting so long

They took 6 months to sort out a claim
Which was found in my favour However as my insurance renewal was due end of April I had no choice but to renew with them at an exorbitant increase You can only get them
On line so everything takes an age
I was told they would reduce the premiums accordingly Not a good advert for this company shan’t go near them again

Easy to use service which was very handy instead of on phone

Worst company for customer service ever. Taken out insurance today and I will be cancelling asap due to their chat system kicking me out repeatedly and no customer telephone line only for claims. Your system is dire and does not help customers in the slightest. I have wasted an entire morning trying to speak with someone both over the phone and through your “dedicated” chat system. My time is important and I will not waste it further or give money to a company with such dog sh*te customer service.

Simple process to change cars.

I didn't find it easy yo make the changes. I think for the money paid for the insurance you could at least have someone to help.
