the damage coach is not helping at all, accident is from 8 months ago and i ask for status every one month and the damage coach just tell me "we are following with them and be patient and don't warry" without saying any details when they sent to them or when they supposed to send another remainder and didnot give me any details

Someone left a dent on my CASCO insured car and they said I can claim the money to repair but they will increase my monthly installment in a way that in 4 months this claim would be covered by my monthy payments.

Jasmijn answers clearly all my questions in efficient and effective way. She guides me what decision will be more practical and wise. She is also empathetic which is very helpful in this situation.
Simon was patient with me, even when I was not speaking Dutch. He solve it super fast and efficient. He solved all my frustration and was super efficient.
Milan not only helped me get my question sorted even though it was not his department, but he also found that I have two policies that I am paying for the same thing and helped me cancel it.
