Unsatisfactory Experience with Insurance Claim Process and Customer Service
To be honest, I'm inclined to give a rating lower than one star. Following a recent accident where I damaged another car, I promptly initiated a claim to ensure timely compensation for the affected party. Unfortunately, the insurance company has been persistently pressuring me to make the payment and attempting to persuade me that it will adversely affect my insurance premium for the upcoming year. Additionally, the compensation for the other party is experiencing delays, with their response to messages consistently postponed and their staff exhibiting rudeness.

Policy is Lost, Not Posibble to Cancel
I applied for hoise insurance, then i got better price with another company. I wanted to cancel within 14 days. But i cannot see my policy online in my account. I am trying to talk to 'chat robot', forwarding me to 'real person' who is never answering. Finally, some Einstein returned in chat and said 'aa you can cancel your policy online'.. Really? I could if i can find it dudeee.
Also not answering to phones. You guys owned me 34 euros x 2 months.
