The Allison Homes charter is our promise to you, as a home buyer as to what you can expect with regards to the level of service and commitment from us to you. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Reservation At the point you have made your decision to buy your new home, you will complete a pre reservation form detailing information in relation to the chosen home. You will complete the checklist and the reservation agreement, setting out the key terms and conditions of the purchase including the price, reservation period and other important information relating to your new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Meet the builder When you reserve your new home, an appointment will be made by the sales executive for you to meet your dedicated experienced site manager. This will give you the opportunity to watch your home progress, review timings and plans and to raise any questions you may have in relation to your home. Points of contact We will also provide you with a main point of contact during the whole home buying process. This member of staff will assist you with any information you may need during your reservation, your moving in experience and beyond. Once you move into your new home, we will supply you with your homeowner handover documentation providing advice on the safety rules on how to keep you and your family safe during this time. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Pre- plaster inspection Prior to moving in you will be invited by the sales executive to attend a pre- plaster inspection with your site manager, who will provide you with a guided tour of your new home. This is a chance to see the chosen house type design, the positioning of plumbing and electrical positions and to finally confirm the “just for you” that you have already ordered for your home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟New Home Demonstration You will be invited to attend your new home demonstration prior to you taking occupation of your new home. This is a guided tour to help you become familiar with your home including where everything is located, dealing with operational aspects, other various features and ensuring that you are happy with your home. It is important that you attend your new home demonstration as from our experience many customers find it invaluable in getting to know their new home. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Quality Assured and Warranty information Your home will be built in accordance with the relevant planning permission, building regulations and industry standards. In addition, your home will be inspected during the construction phases and on completion day you will be provided with a quality assured certificate. Your home will also be covered by a 10-year warranty provided by either NHBC/ LABC or equivalent. Details of this will be supplied on a memory stick following completion. Congratulations you have completed on your new home & our commitment continues Courtesy Call Within a few days of you legally completing the purchase of your new home you will be contacted by a member of our team, to ensure all is well. We will then make an appointment to review how you are settling into your new home. We call this the “14 Day Settling In” review. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟14 day settling in review Occasionally things may not be quite right and some items may need clarification when you move into your new home. The aim of the “14 Day Settling In” review is to discuss your new home, obtain feedback from you on the process and to agree with you on any items that may need sorting out. After the initial 14-day review and you have agreed that any required works have been completed you will be passed over to our dedicated aftercare service team who are there to deal with any warranty aspects for a two-year period after your purchase. Everyone should be like Rob!

Rob was fantastic and friendly! Really polite and professional. He came and fixed a handful of jobs to a high standard with the utmost respect to me and my property! After numerous problems with other companies rob came and made good of their mistakes! It was reassuring to have a decent workman come out!

Proceed with caution

The buying experience was great, they couldn’t have been more helpful. That is until problems occur. I have been trying to get my carpets and turf rectified since December. The garden is boggy and uneven and despite making fixes to others around me, they have refused to help.

The carpet was worn and delaminated after 6 months, it was also poorly fitted, with frayed edges and short runs. Instead of dealing with the issue they referred me to the floor fitter and carpet manufacturer- all blame each other and there is no resolution from Allison Homes .

Be very careful what you negotiate into any deal. I knew the carpets would be more entry level, but they are incredibly poor in quality and fit and it makes you wonder what else they have done cheaply. Despite sending out an independent assessor I have heard nothing back.

While no manufacturing defects were identified, we do recognise that some minor refitting is required, which we have offered to arrange for you. With regards to your garden, we have carried out further checks and can confirm that the ground conditions are consistent with natural settlement. Even so, we are committed to supporting you wherever possible and will continue to stay in touch to review any concerns you may have.

Harriers Rest AH

My experience with Allison Homes Harriers Rest has been absolutely amazing from start to finish. It was myself and my partner’s first time buying a house and had absolutely no idea what we were doing, we were completely supported throughout the ENTIRE process, from as early as reserving our plot all the way up until now after 3 months living in the house and the support still continues!

Our Customer Support Advisor Chloe Gibb was absolutely fabulous and so so helpful with all questions big and small from the minute we moved in. We had raised multiple snags and all were dealt with so incredibly quickly, I cannot thank her enough for her help!

The whole experience has truly been outstanding!

First Time Buyers

Me and my partner brought our first home on Harriers Rest. We cannot thank Tracey and Liz for their patience with us as we understand we were probably difficult to get through too at times due to work commitments. However, the fact that we could WhatsApp made it a lot easier to communicate! As we were first time buyers, we had no clue what buying a house entailed and was so reassuring to have all the help from the ladies.
Tracey and Liz are the most friendliest people you’ll ever meet! Very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! They made us feel at ease and made it a breeze to get through everything!
Couldn’t have done it without them both!

A Team of excellence …

Liz & Tracey from Harriers Rest made our first home experience as exciting as we were to own our first home.
Each lady made us feel comfortable and explained each step and process needed.

They are very friendly, understandable and most of all they wasn’t pushy.

I’m pretty sure they got fed up with me as I was always in the area saying hello to them waiting for the countdown to completion date.
Liz was welcoming and even made me a cup of tea on occasion.

The house itself is what I could dream of.
There are some tweaks to be made. As in every new build it’s to be expected.
Liz & Tracey is on hand to find someone to resolve the problem.
My problems are minor.

The workers on site as it’s nearly finished are a lovely bunch of gentlemen. Hard working and polite.

A team of front wo/men are the faces of Allison homes without them Allison Homes is just a name.

The whole team was excellent

The whole team was really good. Accommodating and really interested in us as a family and what our needs were. They were genuine, professional, but not cold or calculated. They believe in their product but also know and understand people have different tasters and expectations. They also didn’t pretend to know and would offer to get back to us on things they didn’t know. Made it very easy to trust their guidance because they are honest.

We have children and unfortunately had to bring them with us to viewings. The Wittering team went over and above to make sure the kids felt welcome and included.

Could not recommend this team enough and I wish they had something we could fit into. Unfortunately the house wasn’t quite for us.

Look forward to seeing more with Alison Homes

5* - we would give more if we could!

We have not long moved into our new home at Harriers Rest and cannot rate the service highly enough that we received from Chloe, Danny and Matt. We only had a few minor cosmetic issues and these have been resolved super promptly. We love our new home and the team have made the process of moving so much easier. We recently made the trip—nearly 3 hours—to visit the Allison Homes ‚Harriers Rest’ development, and it was absolutely worth it! From the moment we arrived, Tracy Harper made the entire experience fantastic. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed.

Tracy took the time to walk us through every step, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. She even took us on a detailed tour of the development, showing us the different plots we were interested in and helping us envision our future home.

Her genuine care for her customers really shines through. Tracy truly goes the extra mile, and thanks to her, we left feeling excited, reassured, and even more confident in our decision. We honestly can’t wait to move into our new home!

The Hanson Clan

From our initial meeting with Val and Liz at Harriers Rest, we have had an amazing journey. Every step of the way we have felt fully supported even for the silly questions that as first time buyers we had plenty of. We are now coming up to our first full month in our new home and couldn't be happier. There was, as expected a few minor snags, but Chloe and the after sales team have been fantastic aswell, keeping us updated with ongoing works, and the work carried out has been exceptional.

After having a really poor previous experience with another company, that left us out of pocket and with no home, we were unsure if investing in property was for us, but the team at Allison Homes and there amazing work, have confirmed that it was definitely the right investment.

Friendly, professional, helpful and much more

I honestly don't know what we would have done without Val. She has been our support, help, friendly face and so much more whilst buying our first home. When people say it's the most stressful time of your life, they aren't wrong. Any paperwork I needed help on Val was there. She even chased people up so that we knew where we stood on things. Any problem that has arised, she sorted within an hour.
We thought we would be doing shared ownership (because of lack of savings for a deposit) back in March when we popped up to Allison homes-harriers' rest reception just to enquire. We are now in November and have just exchanged on a house with a full mortgage(we are so lucky), Val spoke us through every step and gave us the best advice to help us achieve this! Without her, we wouldn't be in the situation we are now, and for that, we can't thank her enough.
Even to this day, she is keeping us in the loop with our build and the expected completion date.
We always felt like we mattered even when we knew she was rushed off her feet. Nothing was ever too much, such a professional.
So far, I have only dealt with Val, but once I meet the rest of the team, I will update my review accordingly.

As I've always said "It's not the…

As I've always said "It's not the issue, It's how it's dealt with", and it would be an injustice if I didn't take the time to thank numerous people from Allison Homes for how they have responded to the slight issues I have encountered since moving in to my new home. In fact their courtesy and professionalism is beyond reproach. Although this may appear a lengthy review I feel it important to mention everyone individually as it's unfair to just categorize them as "The Team"
Val and Liz in the Sales office.....always on hand and it's lovely to have the phone answered using my name.
Jacob Bingham....nothing has been too much trouble.
Chloe Gibb....always communicating and keeping me up to date with how things are progressing.
Courtney Goodwin...ensuring the timing of the rectification works is suitable for me.
Matt Wright...was only happy when I was happy, and ensured every minor defect was rectified.
Craig Quesnel and Chris Paynes.....did an amazing job of refitting units that there was no evidence that they had removed and replaced. Even went above and beyond to add a slight modification to ensure the initial problem would be less likely to reoccur.
Even MV Kelly, 43 electrical, ART and Yould Plumbing and Heating carried out some work and it was to the usual very high standard.
A huge thank you to everyone. I have already recommended Allison Homes to numerous people and I hope they decide to choose one of your homes.

Great service

The service was really great. Show homes look amazing and it was good to see the properties which are for sale. Thinking about options but will be back in touch if I decide to take the plunge and move
