Recently moved into our new home at harriers rest, Wittering. Val has been great and supportive through the whole process keeping us informed as well as chasing other parties involved to ensure completion date was meet and always with a friendly smile. Since moving in we have had a few very minor snagging issues but a big shout out to Jacob, site manager and Chloe customer experience manager for getting these sorted in a speedy manner. Finally the guys who have attended to these few issues have been great, working efficiently, very helpful and friendly.

We recently completed on our house at Harriers Rest. We were very fortunate to have Val take us through the speedy process from start to finish.

Val made purchasing our new family home stress free and really straightforward. Always available to answer our questions, very professional and thorough, Val made our experience a really positive one and we can't thank her enough for all her help.

I’ve set the review date back in April which is when we first met Val. From that moment through to our completion in July, Val has been so supportive. If we needed to know anything about our new home or where we were in the chain, Val always had the answers and was willing to help. I would definitely recommend this development to anyone who’s interested in buying a new home.

We recently moved into our new build with Allison Homes, and the entire process has been nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the journey was smooth, quick, and easy, with the team being incredibly accommodating at all times.

A special mention goes to Val, who was outstanding throughout the process. Val was extremely approachable, always willing to help, and consistently put us at ease. Her warm and caring nature made the experience even more pleasant. Val is undoubtedly a great asset to the Allison Homes team.

Since moving in, the support from Allison Homes has continued to impress us. The team remains accommodating and friendly, always happy to answer any questions we have.

All in all, our experience with Allison Homes has been really pleasant, and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering a new build.

So far Val has made our home buying journey smooth and has been really helpful. She has been in contact throughout and has tried to go above and beyond for us.

Val at Harriers Rest has been absolutely amazing to deal with throughout my completion process. As a first time buyer with no experience in the process, she made sure I had all the information that I needed and that I was comfortable with each step of the process. The customer experience post completion has been amazing too, would highly recommend.

Issue raised Monday afternoon and by Tuesday morning Courtney had an engineer attend and fix the issue without any issues.

New part was required and Courtney managed to obtain from site rather than needing to go via supplier, which would have caused additional delays.

We are currently in the process of buying a 3 bed property in wittering Harriers rest.
I cannot recommend Alisons homes enough. Looking at the properties that have already been build, I am extremely impressed! The outside of the properties have thier own characteristics and the road layout is fantastic! Its the tidyiest building site I think I have ever seen.
I have had the pleasure of meeting Val who has been fantastic from the get go for us! She is so helpful and keeps you informed every step of the way. A fantastic asset to Alison homes. I have also met afew other employees who showed me around on the pre plaster tour who were fantastic one being the site manager! (Unfortunately I cannot remember thier names) Thier attention to detail is mind blowing!

The final couple of months before we got our keys Val was on hand to keep us informed about progress and even sent us photos of the kitchen when it was finished. Our experience from the initial enquiry was exceptional and Val carried that on.
A few days before we moved in we were introduced to the site manager Tom who showed us around our house and explained everything in so much detail we hardly had to ask any questions. Really professional and friendly. He has since knocked at our door to make sure everything was ok and even if we saw him around site he would make sure all was good. Above and beyond for sure.

Recently purchased a new property at Harriers Rest, Wittering. The process has been very smooth from start to finish. Val in sales has always been available to speak to and always helpful and answered and queries we had. Jacob, Tom & Ryan on site have also been extremely helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. Exceptional service, great standard of finish and would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic Sales service from Val Duncan! Great personality, nothing is too much & swift responses to queries. She has helped us move in with no worries.
And the site team, Jacob & Tim have been quick at resolving snagging issues, which I must say have been almost insignificant, very small jobs, done by trades promptly & in minutes. Couldn’t ask for better or more friendly after sales.

Where should I start. Purchased the 4 bed redbourne after viewing the show home. When it came to choices for house, I asked for a 99% replica of the show home. The woman who went through the choices assured me that that’s what I was getting and paying for. Only to find after the property was built(wasn’t even given the option to visit the property during the build btw) that I had a completely different extractor fan, wonky tiling in my main bathroom( which was an upgrade I paid for) door handles that fell off the built in wardrobes on the day we moved in. Patchy paint work and…..I had a door that was completely different from all the other houses on my street. I have some (no offence) council estate looking door. I queried about this and the after sales team wasn’t helpful at all and just said that was the plot specification. I had been notified about my bricks and door color being different from the show home but not that I would have a complete different door that is currently ruining the easthetics of my home. They were still building right next to my home so could have easily had the door changed but instead I am stuck with this monstrosity. I will have to fork out a lot of money to change the door on my own. Build work is ridiculous and some of the site managers are just plain rude. I bought the white goods for my utility room after moving in and they have a blocker on a pipe for the dryer. I have a dryer that has a steam refresh function and that requires a certain amount of water. When I spoke to after sales ….again not very helpful at all they just parrot “that’s the specifications for the plot” I have a massive crack running through under my bay window

We experienced a heating system pipe leak. We contacted customer care & spoke to Courtney. Within 30 minutes of the request a plumber turned up diagnosed the problem & 30 minutes later had rectified the problem. Courtney then contacted us again to organise the plasters to visit us. They arrived 30 minutes later & made good the ceiling. We would like to say Courtney & all craftsmen were professional & polite. Also thank everybody for a swift response to our request. Thank you👍

We've recently moved in to our dream home on Harriers Rest. The process was simple and stress free, thanks to Sam, Paul and Tom. They're always willing to help, friendly and professional. They have gone above and beyond to make it perfect for us, with regular updates and photos through the build process and the finishing touches were handled with care. We couldn't be happier with our home and would definitely recommend to others.

From first meet to us moving in Sam and Paul made everything happen, great communication with them and assisted us in any questions we had, and resolved them efficiently too. Cannot recommend Allison Homes enough, we have had a nothing but positive experience.

We’ve recently moved into our new home on Harriers Rest. From the outset Sam Robinson has been incredible!! She’s so accommodating, professional and has solved any issues we have had so quickly. She’s very upfront; if she doesn’t know the answer - she’ll find out and she doesn’t bluff!
We had a couple of blips (with solicitors), her and the Allison homes team were so supportive and patient with it and always fought our corner.
The site manager, Paul, is always on hand too for any support or questions we’ve had so far. Again, he’s resolved anything we’ve asked for almost instantaneously!
Amazing service, would highly recommend the team!

On Friday the 9th September we had our Pre-plaster appointment. Paul was fantastic, understanding and answered all the stupid questions I had to ask 😂

We reserved quite early on and have ever since been watching the property go up brick by brick! Sophia is always happy to give me an update when I email/call/just drop in. She is always really helpful and informative.

Hopefully the next time I “drop in” we will almost be at completion.
