They were very responsive and helpful placing my order, it was shipped on time and received in a timely manner. My order was shipped from Germany to Florida and two of the four boxes were falling apart when I received. Thankfully the wheels and tires were not damaged.Alloy Wheels was great to work with and I got exactly what I wanted. United States buyer’s should be aware that they we have to pay custom fees and foreign transaction fees in addition to purchase and shipping paid to seller. This can add up so consider it as part of your cost.Bottom line I would do business with them again, and Tony was great and quick to respond.

I am very happy to be able to purchase very good wheels and tires at a reasonable price.

I asked to them, "How many millimeters of spacer do I need to attach the wheels to my car?"
After a while, I got the answer, "You need a 10mm spacer on the front, and a 35-40mm spacer on the rear axle."
I was able to buy the wheel without worrying about anything.
And when my payment process was completed, they shipped the item immediately.
Thanks to that, it arrived in Japan in a week.

I would have given the services a 5 star rating, but as I didn't receive any confirmation by mail when I placed my order, the only way I could see that the payment had gone through was by consulting my bank account. This is why I put a 4 star.

Otherwise the goods as usual are exactly as stated.

My only criticism regards your shipping charge policies. If multiple copies of the same item are purchased, shipping should be charged on the total weight NOT the number of item purchased times the individual shipping charge. As happened to me.
Your customer service representative "Tony" came to my rescue after the second or so such occurance. I am deeply grateful to him and to his essential character. I can't praise him enough and I do hope he is well compensated for his honesty.
