Made a booking for an emergency plumber at 9am on 24th April. Cancelled the job at 0940am and was reassured a refund of £144 would be processed within 3-5 working days. As of 13th May there is no sign of any refund. They do not respond to emails and every time I call them they give excuses like “it is being escalated to accounts”, “accounts team are processing”, “accounts have processed this morning not sure why you haven’t received them yet”, “accounts are down”, “our MD is looking into it” and “it will be with you by the end of the week”. This company is the definition of unprofessional. Avoid at all costs!

Because it was an emergency, we hired another company that did the job promptly. In case of problem with them, you'll get NO HELP and they'll just run away with your money.
Absolutely dreadful
Absolutely dreadful. Called a plumber to fix two leaking taps. Arrived late, continuously complained and muttered to himself from the start and then refused to go to the local shop and buy the taps or parts that he needed and made me go despite not even knowing what the part was called that he needed. 2 trips and 4 shops later he angrily complained to me that the part I bought (on his behalf) was the wrong size. The result was that I told him to pack up and get out of my house. Both sinks now unusable and looking for another plumber to come out and finish the job. Quite literally the worst experience I have had from a tradesperson. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere

I was quoted £120 for the first hour, but this increased to £144 on arrival. The engineer was on-site for seconds, carried out no meaningful work, and immediately said a valve needed replacing.
I was then quoted £168 for the valve. After requesting a receipt, it became clear there was roughly a £50 mark-up (with VAT applied on top). I was able to find the same part online for around £70. However, having already paid £144, I was effectively locked in - I was told that if I sourced the part myself, I would still be charged another call-out fee and minimum one-hour labour.
Both the engineer and the person I spoke to on the phone (“Ricky”) were extremely rude and aggressive when challenged.
This experience raises serious concerns about pricing transparency and pressure placed on customers once an upfront fee has been taken. I am now exploring options to report this, particularly given concerns that this type of pricing structure could disproportionately impact more vulnerable customers.
Proceed with extreme caution.

I booked Horley Plumbers
I booked Horley Plumbers, which must be a front for ALLROUND365, because it seemed as though they were a local firm. They wanted £120 +VAT upfront. The siphon on my toilet had broken and I wanted it repaired or replaced. The so called plumber came at least two and a half hours late. He was here for about twenty minutes, but didn't seem to know what he was doing. He was totally incompetant and achieved nothing whilst here. Since then I phoned several times, but was fobbed of and nothing was done and nobody called . Absolutely useless. Not a company to do business with.

I was so pleased with this service! Called in the morning had an electrician by the afternoon. They ask you to pay via bank transfer which I did and got a confirmation within 5 mins. Staff on the phone couldn’t have been more helpful. I would 100 percent use them again. The electrician was really polite and funny and their rates were more than reasonable. Single mum here so often workmen try and rip me off so was nice not to have to deal with that!

Shady on the phone - asked for immediate transfer of money before coming out to look at an electrical problem and then 120pounds per hour thereafter ....this made me suspicious. Looking at the positive reviews on trust pilot most of them have been posted on the 24th and 25th November ....this suggests these are fake reviews.

Awful Experience
Booked through a company called Woolwich Electricians, which must be a front for AllRound365. They asked for a bank transfer in advance, which was unusual. Ended up having truly the most awful experience I ever had with a tradesperson, who arrived disgruntled, at the wrong time, did not address the issue and ended up screaming in my face when I mentioned that the electrical fault has not been addressed at all. Will never book them again.

Repeated failures to call back to address an issue that they hadn't resolved, even though it affected the wellbeing of very old people living alone.
Ricky "Honour" (that's a joke)
Ricky "Honour" (that's a joke) and Rachel charged us £126 as an upfront payment to reinstall some window blinds. Their "handyman" turned up and made a rather strange suggestion about screwing the blinds to the ceiling, when we have deep recessed windows?!? He left, then Ricky rang me with an extortionate quote of over £700!?! I rang a local guy and he said it should be £150 max for the whole job. I asked Ricky if their man could put up some pictures for me instead, so we would at least get something for the £126 but we haven't heard back from them since! TOTAL RIP OFF. I have reported this company and I suggest YOU GIVE THEM A WIDE BERTH. It makes me very sad that people behave like this. I wish I had followed my gut and not paid the upfront fee! And I should have checked the reviews which are nearly all the same script... I think the positive reviews are MADE UP. I hope they get their comeuppance!
Skilled work and a job well done
Skilled work and a job well done. Securely fitted a wood hand rail for a 3metre long stairway. Discussed what was required, part payment in advance. Very pleased with outcome.

I contacted this company regarding recurrent toilet blockage. I was asked to pay £150 up front for an estimate. The visit was brief and two months later despite numerous phone calls and promises to chase the plumber for a report I have received no report or estimate regarding remedial works. I strongly advise to avoid this company, they are unreliable and unhelpful.

Awful. Don’t show up on time. Boiler “engineer” reeked. Didn’t finish the job. Didn’t come back. Pick someone else.

AWFUL. I asked for the service measuring curtains and advising on what curtain rail would be appropriate as offered on their website. Engineer arrived about 2 hours late and promised to send details. 10 days later after a lot of badgering of the people on the phones I was sent a scan of handwritten scrawls on some lined paper and nothing about the rail!!
