Alround365
The dining room windows were misting and getting foggy. Called this company to get them repaired and the glazier did a superb job - they’ve been totally fine since. Very much appreciate the service
Exceptional customer service
Exceptional customer service. The call centre staff is attentive and listens exactly what you need from them. Plummers know what they are doing and are kind and honest.

The workman had to spend ages figuring out exactly why my central heating system, wasn't heating up my top floor, but in the end he was able to correct the problem and now i have heating all throughout my house, for which i am very greatful for
Never felt pressured into decisions
Never felt pressured into decisions. The glazier offered several options for patio window glass and respected my choice.

A fantastic company with plumbers who are polite, friendly and know their trade really well. Hired them for a few big projects on some of my properties, including sheet lead weathering, dealing with a flooded property and installing a new bathtub. Not once have I been let down!
The plumber called ahead
The plumber called ahead, arrived promptly, and replaced taps and connections efficiently. He also spotted a problem with the sink and waste system, which he resolved on the spot with replacements. Excellent work — I’ll definitely recommend them.
Thank you!

I booked online and was impressed they could send a plumber within two hours. He was professional, explained the issue clearly, and even kept me updated with their tracking service so I knew when he was on his way. Great service.
Fantastic company
Fantastic company! The quality of their work was excellent, and the team was a pleasure to deal with. They even built us a custom outdoor shower — not a typical request, but they handled it perfectly. Very impressed and highly recommend.
If I could give zero, I would
Right, where do I even begin?
We booked a handyman for a very simple job, who should have turned up between 2-3pm. We even said there was no rush to give him a bit of lee way, but that no rush turned out to be 3h. As many people have described in the previous comments, we had to pay £130 upfront.
We spoke twice to the customer service who first told us he would be here at 5. No one showed up so we called again at 6 only to be spoken to like absolute idiots by a man called Ricky. He did say: but Sir, you told us there wasn't a rush!
Didn't want to give any kind of refund, contradicted himself regarding a previous conversation to the point we were questioning our sanity as we both heard the same thing earlier. We asked if he could send the audio of that previous conversation - will he send it, will he not?
The handyman eventually showed up at 6.20pm while I was actually reading the comments on this website. I wish we had done it before booking with them.
Please, avoid avoid avoid at all costs. They are a scam, and they should be reported.
P. S: after reading some of the reviews, my husband is staying near the handyman to make sure everything goes right.
Also wanted to mention we hired them under the name HandyMan Plumstead, so look out for alias!
We paid over £500 and they did some…
We paid over £500 and they did some unnecessary pipe work for a blocked sink which did not work.
Failed to return. Also they turned up several hours late.
We then paid £150 to a different plumber who put rods down and cleared the blockage
Would not recommend or use again. Avoid avoid avoid.
Avoid at all cost
Honestly the worst experience I've ever had with tradespeople. Mariusz came very late and identified the problem with my windows not opening. I then called back for a second appointment and each time there was some reason why he couldn't come. Ricky Honour and Jo continuously told me they would call me back- never did- and this dragged on for 6 weeks, 25 phone calls to them. After hiring Aspect to come in for a second assessment, I find out Mariusz either lied or did not realise that the top section of the windows needed to be replaced. They wasted precious time, poorly communicated, and gave bad advice. I would never, ever use them again.
Money grabbing incompetent company
Boiler for vulnerable aged adult broke down. Called in the company. They demanded payment of £150 before agreeing visit, which I paid.
Engineer said over 25 years old, listed a number of faults and said parts no longer unavailable and so we needed new boiler. I was subsequently give a quote for new boiler (plus one replacement radiator) of £6510! After he left boiler suddenly worked again, albeit for a short while!
I contacted another firm. They came in, found fault of pressure vessel full of water and fault with the pump, which they replaced and now fully working - was charged £250!
Can't I give no stars?
Can't I give no stars?
Pressure was constantly dropping quickly on my boiler, so there must have been a leak somewhere. One of them came round and checked the boiler and just said I needed a new boiler as I have a very old model.
Long story short, replaced a busted elbow joint below the floor boards directly under the boiler and is now working fine.
Cowboys!
Asked to pay £150 fee before sending…
Asked to pay £150 fee before sending the heating engineer around to our offices. Engineer had no clue what he was doing and the heating wasn't fixed. Absolute shambles of a business and would 100% not recommend this company. After reading the previous reviews from other customers, this is very common.
I asked them to fix a Dimplex Wall…
I asked them to fix a Dimplex Wall Panel heater. Workman turns up late and says he can't fix these types of heaters, despite the fact I told the office the make and model of the product. They took over £130 off me and sent someone who doesn't know anything about fixing Dimplex heaters. He says he only replaces them! Rip off merchants...
Sastisfied with the work carried out.
Sometimes things don't always go smoothly. The first plumber wasn't great, but it was resolved by Ricky and Rachel who sent me a plumber called Zibi to carry out the work. He replaced my kitchen taps. He was good humoured, polite and respectful. I suspect that this company uses a lot of different contractors and it does rather depend on who turns up at your front door. I was very satisfied with the work carried out.
Not trustworthy
I hired Allround 365 Ltd to install new shower units. The task was straightforward, as it involved a direct replacement, so there was little room for error. The plumber completed the job effectively, though the administrative side was somewhat disorganized.
After the plumber finished the job, I received a call from Ricky Honour requesting a bank transfer before the plumber departed from my property. I found this approach somewhat forceful, particularly since they had not sent me an invoice via email, especially considering that section 9 of their Terms of Service indicates that an invoice will be issued upon completion of work, with payment due upon receipt.
I made the payment in good faith, expecting that a receipt would follow. However, that did not happen. I reached out via email to request a receipt, but my email went unanswered. I then called and was assured that a receipt would be emailed to me, but it never arrived.
Two days later, I sent another email requesting the receipt, and once again, my request was ignored. I looked up the company on the official Company’s website and discovered a proposal for them to be struck off. This revelation began to clarify things for me. I now question whether they are even VAT registered, given that they are charging VAT for their services.
Don't use this company, it is a scam
Don't use this company. They charge money but do not actually perform any work. They charged me £138 upfront for a kitchen plumbing job. The plumber showed up for 2 minutes and left, saying he couldn't do the job. Then I requested a refund via email, but never got a reply.
They also don't respect customers' time. The plumber didn't show up at all for the first appointment, then I had to email and call them a couple of times to reschedule.
Won't use this company's service again
Worst handyman company I’ve ever dealt…
Worst handyman company I’ve ever dealt with. They charged me £130 upfront just to spend 2 minutes looking at my door knob, promised it’d be fixed in a few days, then went silent for 4 days. When I called, they admitted they hadn’t even ordered the part and tried to charge me even more pushing the total toward £250 for one door knob! I asked for a refund since I needed it done before traveling, but they refused and said the £130 was just for the pointless visit & 2minute look at the knob. Since all they care about is MONEY MONEY MONEY over customer satisfaction they can keep the £130. Total scam, avoid them if you value your time & hard earned money. Also, a very rude customer care that doesn’t seem to understand the value of money & time to its new customers.
Avoid avoid avoid
Avoid avoid avoid. I needed a new gasket seal for a leaking window in my conservatory. Booked someone through this awful company...had to pay £138 in advance.. as it is a rental property I asked for them to update me if the man running late..which they never did and i ended up waiting over an hour and a half..and paying for parking. Guy who came seemed to know what to do ..looked at job - 20 mins...and said what he would get parts the following day but despite chasing allround365 i didn't get quote for 9 days. i accepted quote and booked job.. then they said a few days later parts now cost nearly double and labour nearly double... and they refused to offer guarantee...well actually didn't bother to even answer my email. Basically the guy running it has various people on his books who probably have better things than to work for him. would never ever use again. They should have refunded me my wasted £138. Avoid
