Scam

Scam. They charged £138 to turn up, they stayed for 10mins and then could never get anything from them re what needed to be done, when they could do it, nothing. Total waste of scam, fraudsters.

DO NOT USE - Bad service and not professional

DO NOT USE! Absolutely dreadful service. I called up due to water leaking under my sink - and got an appointment between 12-1pm on the day. So far, so good. Had to pre-pay for one hour of work, which was £144!
1:30 and still no one - called to be told someone would come between 3 and 4. 5pm called, and told he was delayed but would be with me soon. Had to switch off my water as there's a waterfall under my sink...
Then at 6 get a call saying he's now not coming. No offer of anyone else - said they may be able to sort someone the next day (but I had already taken a whole day to stay at home to wait and can't tomorrow....) And now they are not emailing me so I can get my money back and find a more trustworthy supplier - absolutely shocking! AVOID

DO NOT USE

I had used them before for a blocked toilet and they completed the job well but had to use them again and the guy came for about 5 minutes, tried the plunger and it didn’t work and then left saying we would get a refund- I have repeatedly asked the office for this and get no response. Waste of money much better going to a proper plumber of specialist. DO NOT USE

Scam! Be Careful

The works were not completed i.e. wall was not painted
The contractor initially said he'd like to cancel the appointment because a) he did not have any tools to paint although the job was clearly described and I mentioned that I have my own brush and tools that he can use. He came in to view what need to be done and he then went back to his car to fetch his things during which I received a call from the office letting me know that he claims that the tv (which need to be taken off the wall) is too big for him to remove. Again I negotiated this stating that when it was installed it was only me (small petite lady in size and a contractor) doing it together. He finally agreed to proceed.
I was told someone will come on the same day to complete the paint which was the main work. The paint was to one wall about 20m2 (Ive painted it myself in less than 15minutes before! Nobody came and no communication was made further
My move out date from the flat I was living in, came and went and I have been following up for a refund, with no response from them. Definitely a big scam!

This company is a scam

This company is a scam!

Avoid at all costs - they had me pay for a contractor to come round and give me advice that I needed a new boiler. I was then made to pay £800+ as a deposit for the new boiler and no one ever showed up. It has been over a year of trying to get a refund for this - each time the people on the phone are extremely helpful and "can't believe" I haven't been refunded. Still waiting on refund. Have sent letter, etc. and no refund over a year later.

Please avoid for your own sake! Ricky Honour and Marcin Mazurek are scam artists. They also operate under different company names include ProImprove.

Disappointing

Used these guys before with reasonable results. The latest time was for a simple electrician task, which turned into a 2 hour drama. I had a working light when they started, and a non working light when they'd finished.

Will have to get an electrician in from Check a Trade to resolve the issue. Save money and go there straight away.

This is a terrible company

This is a terrible company. Do not touch with a barge pole.
They charged us a lot of money to do work which didn’t fix the problem, when we then reported that the problem was still not resolved they became uncommunicative, changed the terms of their one year warranty, and told us the only solution was to buy a new machine.
They are listed with two different websites, presumably to mask bad reviews. Also have a website with a different name: Wandsworth Plumbers

Avoid

We used this company for a broken window. They charged quite a lot to board it up on the same day and told us the replacement window would be ready in 4 to 5 days. We spent four weeks chasing them until the replacement window was finally installed, almost 5 weeks after the original appointment. The engineer simply replaced the window and left, leaving a door with paint scratches everywhere, nail holes, broken glass in the patio and bits of rubbish. All that for a high price. Never again.

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST

AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COST
I called them for shower screen installation, they sent invoice for 1hr which they lady I spoke said it could be done within an hour. The handy man came in later than the scheduled time. We showed the items to install, he stood around and told us he was going to get the tool from his car.
After about 20mins I got a call from their office that he needs 2 men and it will take 2-3hrs.whilst still on the phone the man drove off. The guys in their office told me that I should pay £300 before they can ask him to return. He claimed the money I pd was for assessment which was never mentioned nor in their T&C. I advised that I will complete the payment after the work but the wanted upfront. SCAMMERS EVERYWHERE BE CAREFUL

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. I called to have an integrated dishwasher installed, specifically requesting that the handyman bring a multitool as cuts needed to be made to the interior of the cabinet.

When the handyman arrived (2.5 hours after the agreed time), he had not brought the tool. He agreed to come between 8am and 9am the following day to finish up. He finally turned up after 11am. None of these delays were communicated, a bit of basic courtesy would have gone a long way as my time could have been used more effectively than just waiting around. Rude.

I only paid to have someone come in so I could have a break from DIY for once - and wound up getting ripped off (this BS cost nearly £600), and taking far longer than had I done it on my own.

Checkatrade estimates that such an install would take 1-2 hours, and cost £100-300 - so I was completely fleeced. It is clear by the wobbly cuts in the interior of the cabinet and chips to the integrated door, that someone without appropriate experience was sent.

What a terrible, unethical way to run a business. Reported to trading standards.

They charge you in advance £118

They charge you in advance £118, the very unhelpful man came out and after 2 min he said that it’s an old machine, but a new one. Or they can give me a quote how to fix it but it will be more expensive than buy a new one. I called the office to get more explanation, never called me back. Do not use them.

Scam

Scam - do not use this company. They charge £144 before the appointment, and then send a plumber who has no idea of what to do, totally disinterested in the job and did not carry out basic checks. Rude and unhelpful people in the office and not replying to emails or phone calls, Terrible customer service.
They work under various company names such as Wembley plumbers etc..
Do not be fooled by the quick response, once they have your money they don't care.

Booked a carpenter to fix a damaged…

Booked a carpenter to fix a damaged door-frame in my flat. The carpenter turned up an hour late. He spent 5 minutes looking and did nothing, even though I had paid an upfront fee of £118. He said he would speak to his boss and arrange to come back at another time, but I never heard from him again. I think Allround365 also operate under the name of proimprove.co.uk, which has received some very poor reviews on Trustpilot. Quite possibly a scam - be very careful.

To be avoided

Booked an emergency plumbing call out; waited 4 hours, many phone calls, Engineer finally pitched up, lasted 5 minutes to tell me he couldn't fix the leak, but would be back the next day at 1 pm but didn't show up. A manager then finally replied to my emails, and offered another appointment on yet another day, and for yet another advance call out payment of £150. This was a rip off and a very poor service, beware!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company charged a call out fee and quoted £320 for parts and £156 per hour for the job. After deciding the price is outrageously expensive, we decided to cancel. We had already transferred the £320 for parts and then called to cancel immediately. Apparently parts had already been ordered before we sent payment despite them telling us they won’t order until we pay so we asked if they could just deliver the parts. We had to chase them for multiple days for delivery of the parts but eventually we just disputed the payment with our bank. Shortly after this the company finally called and agreed to refund us the £320 as they didn’t order the parts in the first place. I have had someone called Martin ringing me and being rude on the phone!! I’ve left it for the banks to deal with and I hope people choose to check reviews first unlike me! Lesson learnt well! Stay away from this scamming company!

Abysmal

We used this company via plumbers-hornsey.co.uk (also called castle plumbing services hornsey).

We had a leaking shower valve. This company charged £144 call out fee – the plumber spent 10 mins at our house and told us we needed to spend £136 on a specific cartridge. They then charged another £144 for someone to come and fit it (30 mins labour).

The leak started again within a few hours. We arranged for them to come back again on three occasions but they failed to turn up each time. Without any reassessment, they then told us we needed to spend another £136 on another cartridge because the brand new cartridge we’d bought ‘might’ be faulty on the basis of no evidence whatsoever.

We emailed again twice but received no reply. Eventually we got a plumber from a different company to come out and change the shower unit, which fixed the problem at a much lower cost than we’d spent with this company.

Appalling - avoid.

Called them to fix a broken window…

Called them to fix a broken window lock and greatly wish I had looked on here to see all the other reviews before continuing to engage with this fraudulent company. Paid a £100+ callout fee under the expectation that they would come under the same day and fix. The "engineer" arrived 40 mins late, spent around 10 minutes at the property looking at the lock and claimed they would be back in touch with a quote. After days of chasing they finally provided a quote of over £400 claiming they would need to spend £190 worth of parts. When asked to provide a breakdown of the parts as a justification for the price (they said I needed to replace the window handle) they have spent over a week stalling/refusing to provide any kind of evidence for the extravegently priced parts they would need to supply. Eventually found a legitimate handyman who was able to fix the window and provide the part needed for less than the price of Allround365's callout fee.

Avoid this company! My worst experience.

We were desperate to fix a leaking and overflowing Washing machine drain pipe. When I contacted them, they asked me to pay money upfront by bank transfer to cover the first hour of labor charge, and I did this. The next day, a man arrived. I explained the problem. He just cleaned the U-bent pipe and spent about half an hour, then asked me to get a power flush company to unblock the system. As a layperson, even I knew that was not the solution for this. When he left, the problem was the same as before. The next day I contacted a local plumber. He promptly altered the drain pipe system and the problem was resolved within 2 hours. I wrote to the allround365 company 3 times and also called them. There was no response.I strongly suggest that in light of my experience, don't waste your time and money with this company. Surprisingly, there is no regulatory body a client can go to resolve issues like this.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!Absent as landlord my lodgers informed…

Absent as landlord my lodgers informed me that my boiler pressure dial was dropping and a leak developed. Booked an engineer from 365. Lodgers told me he did not speak English well & they couldnt understand him. He stopped the leak,(temporarily) but did not address the cause. Rather his report wrongly stated that an unconnected outlet pipe on the storage tank was illegal & very dangerous! Hence alarmed my lodgers. I showed the report to a Corgi registered engineer who said this was not a legal requirement & the only danger that a leak would spill onto the stone floor. I emailed Joanna in the office for more info & charges, requesting another engineer but have never received a reply. The leak returned within 10 days!! The original engineer had not identified the following;
Expansion valve had lost air
A gasket had rotted and did pose a risk
The outside outlet was emitting Co2
Therefore I had paid 365 £180 for tightening a screw, alarming my tenants, and not identifying the cause of the leak. The visit took about 35minutes!
Generally an appalling service, and no aftercare response.
