If I could rate this company minus…

If I could rate this company minus stars I would. This so called company is 100% a scam.
Called them regarding a faulty dishwasher. They arrived and took £130 call out fee, diagnosed the fault, to be honest the dishwasher actually diagnosed it, said he would need to order a part, he would contact the office and get a quote for the part and call us back.
24 hours later, no contact them from them. Called 3 times and was told they were waiting for the engineer to order the part,
48 hours later still no contact, called and was told engineer was going to the part shop that didn’t until 10 am! Still no response so called again only to be informed by Ricky Honour that he found me very frustrating and to stop calling. Called again the next morning only to be told they couldn’t source the part and if I could find the part and email a picture they would confirm it was the right part and I should order it myself. So I emailed the part and 12 hours later still no response.
This company is despicable, taking call out fees and then do nothing.
Ricky Honour, I’m contacting trading standards.
Please be aware this is not a reputable company!

AVOID!

Funny that all the good reviewers only made 1 review before...

This company is scam, they are extremely dangerous in all aspects especially that Polish plumber that is tacky , dirty , can't speak proper english to understand what he is saying and offensive.

Poor service and no response to a complaint. An unprofessional organisation.

This email in response to their service provides the background.
Just wanted to provide some feedback on the work provided on the 30th December as per the below email trail.
Firstly, thank you for responding so quickly, however I'm struggling to understand what service I actually received.
After some inspection of my faulty heating system, I was told that a new thermostat or timer system (or both) were faulty and would need replacing.
While it was explained that heating could be achieved by manually pushing the lever on the Honeywell Home switch, unfortunately this only worked temporarily and I was in effect left with no heating.
I had no heating from 30th December through to the 2nd January, when I called my regular plumber to have a look and they diagnosed the following:
There was nothing wrong with the thermostat or timer system
The Honeywell Home Switch was at fault (apparently this is one of the most common faults)
They replaced the part immediately, as they always carry spares for this part
Heating was back up and running within 20 minutes of their arrival
I have had no feedback or follow up following your initial visit which I find surprising.
In summary, I received no value whatsoever from your visit, it left us in a very uncomfortable position with no heating for 3 days, which should have been a very straightforward repair.
I paid the requested amount of money in good faith, but received no value in the service provided. As a professional organisation, I would expect you to consider refunding the monies provided.

Very bad experience

Paid in advance (£120 +VAT) for a plumber to replace the waste pipe in my toilet. The price was for labour only. Second time I’ve needed this done so I knew it was an easy 10 minute job. Plumber arrived 90 mins late without any pipes and said it would cost £50 for the pipe - he said I should make the transfer before he went to buy it - plus extra time charges while he went to buy it if need be. I would not accept this arrangement or price so he told me I could go to buy it, so I went to the local hardware shop myself to buy the pipe (which was £26) while he sat waiting in his car. Then the plumber was unable to fit the pipe, said it would take an extra hour to take out the toilet. I ended up on the phone with his manager, manager would not take my word for it that I’d had this exact work done before and it was a quick job not requiring the toilet to be pulled out, he offered me a discount on the second hour which I would not accept because it should not have been required. Luckily the plumber in the end managed to complete the job within an hour without removing the toilet. The new pipe appears to be fitted ok but nightmare experience. Would not recommend this company.

Very bad experience with this company

Very bad experience with this company. We paid just under £150 for someone to come and fix a broken balcony door. They attended for the fee and said the work could not be done on that occasion and further work would be needed. They then never returned our emails (several times) when chasing for someone to come back and complete the job.

Reading other reviews, it appears that we are not the only people to have had this experience - via this company and others that have the same staff such as Townforce and Pro Improve. I have reported this incident to various authorities and would urge people to steer clear.

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. There was no heating and no hot water at home. The engineer said there was a valve missing (the boiler was working properly for months without the valve?), he went to the van to see if he could find the spare part and just left without saying a word. We paid a lot because it was an emergency, which we accepted, but we did not expect such a terrible service. The engineer was very rude as well, so nothing positive to highlight really.

Waste of money

Amateur

Requested help with a blocked toilet. Had the pay £144 up front.

No confirmation or engagement once I’d paid.

The ‘plumber’ turned up and was unable to fix the issue…despite me telling them pre booking I’d used plunger, he tried to solve the issue with…a plunger!

A complete waste of money!

TRY CHECKATRADE FIRST…

Take your money £144 to fix a patio door, send someone who makes it worse and goes. Tried emailing and phoning and they do not answer, so I am left with a door worse than it was. This was October and nothing so far and it's December. I am getting another person from CHECKATRADE, which I should have done in the first place

Scammers!!!

Scammers!!!
This is a total con!!
Please do not use this company.
They take your money upfront, they do no work when they come.
Then you can’t even get in touch to complain.
When you do get in touch they totally ignore you - no reply ever!!!
Stay away!
They’re not registered with any trade body so you can’t even take your complaint further.
I don’t think the guy that came was even qualified to fix anything!!
Shameful!!!!

Dreadful company please do not use.£…

Dreadful company please do not use.£ 144 call out fee.To look at job for 5 minutes he said the plumbing job would take 30 minutes, but when he called his office it was suddenly going to take 2 hours.Paid him his money and got them out of the house , got a another company to do the job ( with no call out fee).

Scam artists - be careful

Following a bad experience with this company, I did a bit of research and this is not so much a review as a warning - I would not buy any services from Allround365. They also don't always go by this name. When you search online for their types of service (I searched plumbers and then my local area) a website comes up that is falsely called 'Your area' plus 'the service' but this is not a company at all - it is just the way they reel you in. And then there is the experience itself - they came to our house, looked around and then we got a call from their head office saying it's going to cost this much which was so high and unrealistic I declined. We had already paid a fair amount (a minimum booking fee) and they knew what the issue was but it was all a scam. We did get one email back when I complained but since then it's all gone quiet. The only consolation is that we have learned a valuable lesson. These guys are con artists. Be warned.

"I am deeply disappointed and…

"I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the service I have received. Over a week ago, I raised a complaint and followed up multiple times by phone, trying to resolve the issue amicably. Despite my efforts, I received no response or acknowledgment. After sending a formal complaint, I still have yet to receive any reply or resolution.

The lack of communication and disregard for customer concerns is truly unacceptable. I expected a far better standard of service and commitment to resolving issues. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with no choice but to leave this review. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using this company, as their response to customer issues has proven to be severely lacking."

Bad experience

Bad experience. Stay away!
We had a small cabinet sink installed in the spare toilette. We were quoted £404 for cabinet (exact model on a web retailer for around £100) and labor 1-1.5 hrs. The job was done within that time frame, but he popped to the shops for 30min (on the time paid) to get parts even though he has been here (pervious week as emergency call out for burst pipe) before and should have known what to buy before arriving. The door of the cabinet was attached wonky. The guy looked like a homeless person and stunk of cigarettes. Every time he bent down his trousers were showing his backside. All of the above I could have dealt with if it was not for the following: The 'office' (Ricky Honour) called me straight away after the plumber 'left', which I missed. The plumber knocked on the door again and I thought he forgotten something, He said Ricky tried to call me for the extra payment. I called back and they wanted another £124 straight away without even sending me a breakdown or invoice to justify the total amount of £524! The office said the plumber would not be able to leave before payment was made. Sitting outside our house mafia style until I made payment and sent proof, when they have not even sent a breakdown or a full invoice over to check is discussing! And yes I should have not made the payment, but I was home alone and felt like I had no choice. I told Ricky over the phone that the cabinet door is wonky and I aske them to send him back in to fix it. Which he did in an absolute strop! His attitude was unprofessional and rude. After payment and the plumber left and I discovered the old sink, as well as the rubbish was just left outside the house. This experience has left me pressured and taken advantage off! I still have not got an invoice or a receipt which I requested per email several times as well as over the phone. Absolute cowboys

ALLROUND365LTD are con artist

When they advertise on the net they don’t say who they are and they wanted the money upfront and assured me that a painter can paint 2 bedrooms in one day double coats all over but then he only painted the ceiling in 1 and a half hours and changed me 337.50 because I had to pay for parking and materials which they did not mention.They are a con artist don’t book with them but then again on the advertising on the internet they don’t say who they are. It ALLROUND365LTD. He was supposed to be at mines at nine but turned up at 12 o’clock 3 hours late and even then he had to go out to get material and parking which they did not mention I had to pay for.

Simply the worst company ever for…

Simply the worst company ever for contact and scheduling. Everything in the business model is designed to extract as much cash out of you for as little work as possible. Genuinely avoid at all costs. The last comment was made by my tenants who covered the ground well. I just wanted to add this for emphasis, do not use this company!

Complete scammers!

Called these out to look at a washing machine and dishwasher. They didn't attend at the allotted time. Turned up in a normal car without any spare parts, so clearly not a reputable repair man. Found the fault but when I asked if he was going to put a new part on said it was unnecessary. First lot of washing I did after he had gone the washing machine went wrong again. He attended the dishwasher, opened the door and said it couldn't be repaired. We were charged £132 for each appliance because they were at different addresses even one was only across the road from the other. Have since repaired the washing machine ourselves, and another engineer checked out the dishwasher, finding the problem was a bit of tin foil in the door lock preventing it from shutting properly and operating as it should. I recommend anyone not to use this company as they are complete scammers. They insist on you paying the callout charge upfront with very little intention of fixing the problem.

Avoid at all costs.
I wish I would listed to online reviews. Complete scammers! Never fixed the problem. Haven't showed first day, came second day and spend no more than 5min (this costed me £120). Even though I've explained over the phone what needs to be done, the guy came not ready because he was rushing to another job. After that I tried to contact the company many times to find out when the job will be done, however they never replied emails or called me back. Had to find somebody else to deal the issue. Don't make an expensive mistake and don't use these scammers.

Scammers

Our booking was for between 3pm to 4pm, I called when he didn’t show up and was told the booking had been made for between 4pm to 5pm, so I waited. When he still hadn’t shown up by 5.20pm, I tried calling again but was deliberately cut off. This company charged £144 in advance for a one hour booking for a small plumbing job, we’re now trying to get our money back. This company doesn’t exist on Companies House. Avoid.
