I rented a Yonex tennis racket from ATT (All Things Tennis) for a demo and paid extra for:
• Next Day Delivery via FedEx
• Custom stringing (ALU Power Rough at 50 lbs)
According to their website, stringing takes 1–2 working days, plus 1 day for delivery — so I expected to receive the racket within 3 working days. In reality, it arrived after 8 days from the order date. Even excluding the weekend, it was 6 full business days — double what was promised.
To make matters worse, the racket arrived with factory-installed, used strings — not the custom stringing I paid for. I emailed ATT to request a refund for this service. No reply. I sent about 10 emails, and even had to call. Still, no response or resolution.
ATT completely ignored a paid part of the order and provided zero customer support despite multiple follow-ups. Great concept — poor execution.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend ATT and will not be using their service again.
🔄 [UPDATE – 1 August 2025] FACT CHECK – Misleading Response from ATT
ATT’s reply to my review is inaccurate and misleading.
Here are the verifiable facts:
• 🧾 Order paid: 20 July 2025 (PayPal Transaction ID: 9L805645M7210344S)
• 📦 Dispatched only: 25 July 2025 via FedEx (5 working days later)
• 📬 Received: 28 July 2025 — 8 days after payment, despite their stated 1–2 working days for stringing + 1 day for delivery
• 🎾 No custom stringing was applied — I received the racket with factory-installed strings
• 📧 I sent approximately 10 emails, with no reply from ATT until this public
🧢 ATT also claimed that Yonex demo rackets are never strung from the factory — this is demonstrably false.

This company was supposed to be the #1 tennis retail company online. Yet their service has been the complete opposite. I placed an order before 2pm hoping the demo racket I purchased to use will arrive the next working day (as per what their website states). However, since receiving the order confirmation, I had no other communication from ATT. After waiting a couple days, there was still no sign of the item being dispatched. I tried to contact them through multiple channels (something I shouldn't be having to do in the first place) - yet they do not answer their phones, nor do they respond to their emails, I even left comments on their social media - it's all getting very embarrassing being my first time using this company. I had high expectations being the #1 tennis supplier in UK as well as being promoted by tennis players on YouTube - yet they fell short of everything I was hoping for.
There is absolutely NO customer service support which will lead most customers in anxieties. If hypothetically, the item was out of stock, then the website shouldn't have let me place an order. If it was another issue, the very least they could do is contact me to notify of any order issues. But I didn't even get that! I double-checked the site again today and can see the demo racket I ordered was showing as still in-stock.
I now just want my order (#78182) cancelled and have no further affiliation with this company. I was going to recommend this company to my friends/tennis buddies in my circles, but now I am having to tell them to avoid this company at all cost! Extremely poor, unprofessional and disappointing to see how bad this company is being ran.

I appreciate you responding back to me here.
However, I still find it quite poor that I had to go through TrustPilot just to get a reply in the first place – why weren’t my previous emails where I tried to reach out regarding an update on my order responded to? I even left a voicemail with my contact details for someone to get back to me which never happened.
Furthermore, the order I placed was for the default ‘factory setting’ strings – you’d think that the order would be relatively straightforward to process as it does not require any customisation. So, I’m unsure why I’m being asked what strings I would want to try on the racket.
Because of all this uncertainty and lack of customer support – I will appreciate the order being cancelled and my money being fully refunded.
It’s unfair I had to go round the houses just to know what is going on with my order, especially being my first time using this company. I am extremely disappointed with how everything has been handled and hope you understand why I wish to cancel my order for full refund.
