My no. 1 place to order tennis equipment, very quick delivery times and at great prices. Only one negative, you can never get hold of anyone by telephone, or email.

I ordered 2 paddle rackets a week apart
And I have to say next day delivery
With ATT means next day delivery
No excuse like some companies
They delivered my rackets on said day in timing given
You can't get better then that
Will 100% be buying from them again

My item did not arrive.
Still awaiting pickup from the courier.
No contact possible by email or phone calls which went unanswered.
Overall a poor experience.
Only through PayPal did I get my money back.
Avoid this company at all costs. Abysmal.

First class service, ordered a new racket with their stringing service came within a few days very well strung and packaged. Also I had questions thereafter and they replied accurately in a friendly manner.

Had an issue with my padel racket - emailed them on 6 separate occasions dating back to a month ago. I’ve still had no response.
The aftercare is non-existent so purchase from them at your own risk.

I have ordered over 4 rackets over 3 years from all things tennis and have been happy receiving them promptly with the correct strings I requested too

Managed to get an EZone - great delivery and great stringing. Very professional

One star as i can't give lower. I placed an order on 30th July to Demo a Babolat racket. My son is on a tight timescale. Website claims delivery next day or within 5 days. I have emailed and called numerous times to no avail. I want to cancel the order now as is my consumer rights within an appropriate timescale (i am well within that) so am waiting a refund of £245.89. I have tried a FB review, now on here. Next step will be to ask my credit card to intercept. Awful service in that there is no customer service. No response to calls and emails is not acceptable. If a product will be delayed then say so. Communication is key in a retail setting. Hugely frustrated and definitely not a business I would ever recommend.

DO NOT BUY - Customer Service do not pick up phone or respond to emails regarding issue with product. Disappointing :-(

Really poor customer service. Originally received wrong order. Received a email response to my first email apologising and said they’d send me my correct order. A week later, I still haven’t received my correct order and no response to any further emails asking for an update.
Edit: Order issue was eventually resolved

10 Aug 2025 update:
I am not come to clarify,I come to make update as what I comment was exactly the fact not something misleading or fake.
I have not receive the exchanged racket yet,and didnot get the shipping update info before seeing this reply, but at least there is some progress.
I am disappointed with it takes me so many days and so many emails and messages to get things here.
I believe if everything goes well no customer service things involved, i will be pretty happy with the price and the next working day delivery. You can also see all the low rating are about customer service. Anyway, finally it comes here.
I hope next time when I with ATT,either there is pretty smooth with my order nothing relates to communication,or the customer service is well improved.

I ordered a tennis racket from on Monday, 28 July 2025 (shipped Tuesday, 29 July, delivered Wednesday, 30 July), only to find the grip was wrong. Then, I called customer service ten times and sent emails and WhatsApp messages—none answered.
On Thursday, 31 July, after three more calls I finally got a callback; they promised to post the correct racket that same day.
Then on Friday evening (1 August) I received an email asking for photos of my grip-cap size and a return label. I provided, and also I asked via Whatapp who said will post a new one on Thursday that if a new racket has been posted, they said yes and will be received on Tuesday (not at all, they promise something without doing anything). Then,I returned the wrong racket via tracked courier on Saturday, 2 August, and the delivery information shows ATT received it on Tuesday, 5 August. Throughout this period I kept emailing and WhatsApping—still no response and no refund. I’m understand a normal returns process, but the lack of customer service has been a real headache, especially when you’re in a rush to see what is your better next step as I really need a new racket. I highly recommend that ATT improve their online order system, particularly the returns workflowk,so every step (from request to refund) is clearly tracked. Right now, I have neither the correct racket nor my money back, and no idea when they’ll resolve this. I used ATT once before with good experience, so it’s hugely disappointing to see their service collapse the moment something goes wrong. I donot if I still able to trust thier response as they donot do the things they promised. I want the prompt response, my refund and my promotion code used for this order.
If this isn’t fixed by the end of the week, I will have to initiate a chargeback.

Similar experience to Pedro below. Ordered two rackets on Monday 28th, expecting to receive them later in the week. I still have no idea when the rackets will arrive and it has been impossible to contact them. I have tried email, Whatsapp and phone- I have only been able to get through on the phone once after dozens of attempts and eventually I resorted to returning to the Westway store. I have given 2 stars rather than 1 as Harry in the Westway store is a nice bloke who really knows his stuff.
Edited 8th August: changed from 2 stars to 1 star. No effort has been made to contact me. It's nearly two working weeks since payment was taken and there's no indication that any progress has been made with my order. I would've restrung my current racket restrung if I knew there would be a delay- frustrating playing with dead strings.
Edited 11th August: yes, I was given a separate order number 77925 when I swapped the demo racket for two new rackets. This being said, I have already emailed ATT four times about this order. It has not been delivered or dispatched and the company has made no attempt to reach out to me despite having my email address and phone number.

Similarly to other reviews, ATT are unresponsive. I've ordered a demo racquet one week ago (order 78332). It was supposed to be next day delivery (so arrive last Thursday), although I asked for it to have strings which can add 3 days supposedly. However 1 week later, still nothing. I've tried calling and sending email, but got no reply to either. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the guy at the Windsor shop was friendly (I spoke to him on the phone) even if he couldn't help.
EDIT: another 2 days have passed, sent another email, left voice mail, tried to call, and nothing.
EDIT2: Up'ing the rating to 3, as the racquet finally arrived, and they sent a new one instead of a demo racket (I guess they didn't have an available demo racket). Order was placed on 29th of July at night, and racquet arrived on the 8th of August, so not as advertised. The worst of the experience is that ATT were completely unresponsive.
EDIT3: Finally up'ing the rating to 4, since they replied very quickly to my request to keep the demo racket and refunded the demo fee (instead of me returning the demo and ordering a new one). Initial experience was not great, but maybe that's also because it's summer now and people are on holidays...
DO NOT ORDER! We Ordered two Padel rackets from ATT, we were only sent one racket so emailed to see where the other one was. Was asked for evidence that only one as sent, sent pictures of the box which could only physically fit one racket in and have heard nothing since, have emailed them multiple times, got one initial reply which was full of spelling mistakes and now cannot get hold on anyone. All we have asked for is them to send to us the second racket which we have paid for or give us a refund but cannot get any response and it has been almost two weeks now. Terrible customers service. Will be taking this further if they do not sort a refund.

I've ordered my tennis shoes here, and it's super fast dispatch process! I got my shoes the next day and perfect for me.

I bought my son a pair of Head padel shoes back in January 2025.
After just over a month the fabric tore.
I reported this to all things tennis.
Communicating by email is a nightmare as it is so slow.
Eventually I was asked to send the shoes back to Head and was given instructions on how to do this with a prepaid label.
I sent them to Head with my contact details and all the information.
Head hasn’t responded back to me at all.
After weeks of trying to call and email All Things Tennis, I was asked for when I sent the shoes to Head,
Again I provided the info and Again no response.
The service is dreadful. The right thing to do would be to replace the shoes or give a credit voucher to buy some new ones.
I won’t buy from ATT again as this is not customer service at all.
After first posting on Trustpilot, I received a response from Ross and ATT and he asked me to email him with what information/ post proof I had.
I did that and still didn’t get a response from him!! Such a waste of time on this whole thing.
Simple… don’t buy from this website!

Nice price, Great range of products.
If you order a rocket without a string, please note that delivery will take longer than one working day.
