Delivery date was exactly as listed on the checkout and 0 issues with it. Racquet came strung as per my preferences and they had even re-attached the info card which was great to see (gave much more of that 'unboxing a new racquet' feel).

Only detractor is that they sent the wrong dampener colours but honestly that's such a minor thing. I'm certain that they would resolve it if I were bothered by it.

UPDATE

AllThingsTennis customer service has contacted me and offered a resolution. It appears they had updated their email address and therefore didn't receive my emails.

Highly recommend All Things Tennis. They often say a brand or company is defined by how it responds to a problem. When DPD and Royal Mail caused an issue with my racket delivery, the ATT team, notably Jessi, worked to remedy the situation despite it not being a problem they had created. As a result of the excellent service I now have racket in hand and the team have a customer that’s guaranteed to return. Wish more companies would respond so personally and supportively in the face of adversity - may Royal Mail and DPD take note. Thanks again.

Ordered a couple of tenis string packets. Delivered very quickly and had the most competitive price overall including rapid delivery that I could find for the sets that I wanted. Actual strings thermeselves are Solinco Hyper G at 1.25 gauge and Head Lynx tour at 1.25. Hyper G is a little under powered compared to RPM Blast and less spinny (the thinner 1.10 gauge is more ively and spin friendly). Head Lynx is similar to RPM, though I haver only tried it for a few hours.

I turned up an hour before closing to find the store manager had gone home early. Staff at the sports centre said he often does this. I needed several new rackets and was v disappointed.

My experience with ATT has been very positive. I ordered the Babolat Pure Aero 98 racquet for my son's birthday. Initially they sent the wrong Babolat (not the 98), but I spoke to their team about 3.00 pm and they agreed to send the correct one immediately. They managed to get the racquet strung the same afternoon and sent it out by FedEx, so that it arrived at 10.00 the following morning, in time for the birthday. So despite the initial mistake, I thought this was excellent customer service.

Fast Delivery and the racket is well packed. This was my first time purchase from All Things Tennis because a friend said there is a sale recently. And there is quite a number of padel rackets you can choose from. I would come to shop again for both tennis or padel tennis goods.

Had some issues but the team are understanding and willing to help.

Good and fast shipping, order is easily tracked and lots of notification for the delivery. They also read the order note as well

Have made a purchase on the 25th of June (almost 2 MONTHS AGO).
The first information received was indicating a delivery on the 01st of July.

But tracking the delivery with the received tracking number only says delivery has been delayed and does not indicate any new delivery date.

Have been sending emails but no replies.
The phone number indicated in their emails and webpage also does not work.

Can not receive a reliable information (or any information at all) from All Things Tennis.

Can not even say it is a terrible service.
So far, they have failed on every singles aspect: delivering, answering, customer service, etc.

New racket ordered (unstrung) and delivered very swiftly, safely packaged. Great service. Highly recommend.

Communications - I called for a racket and string set for pick up in one of their London branches - it was all arranged effortlessly and without fault.
