I wanted a padel racket for the next day and eas planning to buy from Amazon as I had Prime. I'm glad I looked elsewhere as ALT had a better price and still had free next day delivery!

Bought two Head Novak junior tennis rackets—perfect lightweight starters for my kids. Ordered with next-day delivery and it arrived hassle-free the next morning—no drama at all. Kids love them! Highly recommend.

Expensive delivery charges and no free returns. I was charged £4.99 for delivery and £3.99 for returns, which added almost £9 to the cost of the trainers. Most other companies offer free delivery and returns on the same products, so this doesn’t compare well. Unfortunately, I won’t be using this company again.

Fast, responsive. 2 rackets in two weeks (seperate orders) First was the PA98 2026, delivered a day earlier than national release!! Second was another PA98 2023, but this time with request on matching spec to an older racket. Ross and Jessi were super helpful to find a close match, and ultra responsive. Oh and delivery is next day!

Pre-ordered the new babolat pure aero, expected stock was 17th Feb, they had it strung & dispatched the same day. Will definitely be using these guys for future tennis gear. Cheers!

My purchase was only just outside of the two-week return window, and the company wouldn’t even consider a return for a full refund. I had spoken to a customer service advisor beforehand and was prepared to order in advance based on that conversation, but I’m now stuck with a racket I don’t want. They also refused to exchange it for the one I actually wanted because they won’t be restocking it. Really disappointing experience and very poor customer service.

I have ordered and paid for a padel racket 31 days ago and it has never arrived, even though I had several messages from the courier saying it is arriving, only to use their system to track the package and see that it has not actually being dispatched from their warehouse. They responded to my first email saying that the courier could not deliver as the address was incomplete but this info did not match what the courier was saying and they have not responded to my messages since and the tracking shows the package being with sender. My impression is that this company is hit-and-miss; if you are lucky you get your product, if not, they do not care. I would advise you to stay away to avoid losing your money.

Ordered a head radical pro 2023 version. It was the best price around and available in grip size I wanted. Easy to navigate website and very fast delivery. I spoke with lady on the phone who was super helpful about delivery information (I needed it quickly as my stringer was going on holiday). Would highly recommend ATT. Thankyou 🙏

I ordered a 2023 Vcore 98+ from their website, it was shipped in a day and received within 3 days. Super fast delivery, racket was pristine and not damaged. Would recommend.

One of the greatest customer service experiences I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving. Brilliant from everyone spoken to at all stages in receiving my Padel racket even alongside unfortunate delays outside of anyone’s control. Would recommend to anybody looking at any racket sport equipment.

I have bought a few things from them so far and their services always were very good

I am still waiting for a tennis racquet I ordered at the start of the month (it is now the 20th). There have been issues with FedEx who they use for delivery and I am still trying to get hold of my parcel. All Things Tennis started a help ticket 10 days ago and despite me chasing just don't respond. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here if you actually want what you ordered. It was meant to be a Christmas present.

Overall just the slickest website - reasonable prices and quick delivery service. The free string upgrades are a fantastic idea and can really help save money on top of discount codes which are well published:)

David the store manager at Windsor is very helpful with getting rackets strung quickly and sent out on the same day.

If they can speed up the overall stringing services site wide then it would be making a fortune.

ATT Aced it with customer service!
I ordered a Yonex eZone from another online tennis shop and DHL lost the parcel, I urgently needed another racket for a match. I placed an order on Monday with ATT (cheaper than the other place!) the scheduled delivery was Thursday, I made a phone call and explained my situation, they strung the racket that afternoon and I had it by 1pm the next day!!
No extra charges or fuss, just great customer service and they really went the extra mile to look after my request.
They have a customer for life now.

The E zone 100 - also great racket, very happy with everything. Even the strings had logo embossed at no extra charge.

Had an issue with a faulty item and they rectified the situation by sending me another pair out free of charge. Quick response and really appreciated the gesture. Thanks Jessi Poonia
