My no. 1 place to order tennis equipment, very quick delivery times and at great prices. Only one negative, you can never get hold of anyone by telephone, or email.

grip on the racket was not the same colour as the picture displayed on the website. The grip being a different colour was ultimately not a big deal but I got no response to my email and nobody ever seemed to answer any of the attempted phone calls hence the 1 star review.
What company doesn't offer a returns label?
They sent me a faulty product and now I have to pay for it to be refunded. Appalling
I placed my order two weeks ago, but I have still not received the tennis racket.
So far, I have only received the tennis bag from my order. The other item is marked as dispatched and delivered, but I have not received it.
I have already opened a support ticket, sent three emails, and called three times, but have received no response.
Extremely supportive customer service, had an inquiry on why my order wasn’t delivered. Got a response very quickly! Person responding explained the misunderstanding and cleared all issues. Good delivery time as well, would definitely recommend them.
Prices and quality of products are good, many different options, delivery is not very fast, but not bad!
BUT HUGE MINUSE:
I’m disappointed with the return process. It is very inconvenient if the shoes or any other item do not fit. They do not provide a prepaid label or QR code, so you have to pack the parcel yourself, go to the post office, print the shipping label, and write their return address by hand.
You also need to print a separate refund form and fill it in manually. On top of that, you have to pay for the return shipping and for an outer package to cover the original box.
Overall, the whole process is unnecessarily complicated and expensive, especially for bulky items like shoes or tennis rackets, where postage costs are high.
I had to return shoes because the size was wrong, as well as a racket, and I ended up paying extra pounds just for the return delivery. Because of this experience, I am not satisfied with the store.
I was also sent an email saying that if I subscribed to their YouTube channel, I would receive a discount on my second order. I subscribed as requested, but I never received any discount. This was disappointing and misleading.
I’ll see how fast will be the refund. Hopefully it will ok.
Ordered a padel racket and a basic cover for it...
when it arrived (the next day), there was a note saying the cover was unavailable so they upgraded the order to a premium cover, which is 100% nicer and worth more. they also threw in an ATP extra cover as a goodwill gesture.
fantastic service and will be using them again!
Avoid All Things Tennis – Misleading management, no delivery, no refund
I placed a time-sensitive order over a month ago which has still not been delivered.
DPD confirmed the parcel was undeliverable due to incomplete address details provided by the retailer and was returned to sender. This is clearly shown on tracking. From that point, resolving this should have been straightforward.
Instead, I’ve spent the last two weeks dealing with Ross (owner/manager) and their team, being:
Given false assurances that it would be resolved
Told conflicting information (including a re-dispatch that never happened)
Ignored when requesting written confirmation of what was agreed
The most concerning part is that this behaviour comes from management level, not a junior agent. This suggests a deliberate approach to mislead customers and delay responsibility.
Current situation:
Item not delivered
Parcel returned to sender
No refund issued
No clear resolution
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for delivery or refund. They are clearly in breach.
I am now proceeding with legal action since it's a personal insult.
🚨 Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. If something goes wrong, expect delays, excuses, and no accountability.

I have ordered a tennis racket, the email confirmation shows that it will get delivered on 17 March. But it's 27 March and still no news or updates from them or Fedex. The company doesn't respond to my emails and can not be reached on their phone number. I feel I have been scammed by them. Really disappointed

Ordered a tennis racket but it arrived with a scratched frame. I emailed and then had to call three days later, when I was told it would be dealt with the same day.
The next day I received a reply with a DPD return label, and after dropping it off, a replacement was sent quickly at no extra cost. Could've been handled quicker but happy with the outcome.
My Padel shoes arrived quickly However they are too small and I needed a returns label. 2 emails sent no reply and have phoned a number of times no one answers. Very disappointing.

It has now been another 10 days from my previous review & I am still awaiting an outcome on my missing item.
This is by far the worst possible company i have ever dealt with and am now going through my bank to claim a refund.
Shocking.

Quick delivery, great response from Team when i made enquiries. Very well packaged. Much more responsive and helpful than other so called "leading" rackets sellers

Very nice online store, quick delivery and good price. Even better, there's a new shop coming to Wimbledon and I've already got my racket restrung. Well done.

I recently ordered strings and Tennis Rocket from All Things Tennis and was amazed at the timely service. Items were delivered in a couple of days. In general, they have an excellent selection of goods for tennis enthusiasts. I will use this shop again for sure.

I’ve had a great experience working with All Things Tennis. They have been extremely helpful whenever I’ve needed to sort out bulk orders for padel rackets. The entire transaction and sales process has always been smooth, efficient, and well organised.
A special mention to Jessi, who has been fantastic to deal with. She is always very polite, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled properly.
Highly recommend All Things Tennis for their excellent service and professionalism
