I deal with Woolich branch daily. Can I please express that all the staff should be highly valued for their service. My deliveries with the moffatt fork lift driver leave been brilliant especially with the disabled access on the site. I believe because of this team your company will only grow in the years to follow. I got 10 years experience to deal roofer merchant and builder merchant and I can honestly say this is the best service.

David Richards at reception in the Woolwich branch (White Heart Avenue) was very patient, knowledgeable and helpful with my many queries- he has as great customer - focus and took an interest in my project. All his colleagues were very friendly and approachable. They have a great choice of tiles. David even looked up an address for me where I could see a full roof with the tiles I was interested in! Thanks a lot!

Owen was extremely helpful talking me through the various insulation options. He was very reassuring to talk to and was able to reply to my questions about performance quickly including emailing me the product specification.

I called Alltype and spoke to David Simpson who put together a Solar PV package for my 4 bedroom house. He sent me all the documents needed for my builder and Electricain and delivered next day. He also called me a week later to make sure the install had gone to plan. Great service...

over the past 8 years of trading as a leadwork specialist, my go to contact at alltype is William Dixon, always on hand ready to answer any query I have and sends over material cost promptly every time. with a solid knowledge of roofing materials and great customer service he should be your go to man too

The online purchasing process worked well to a point! The product I ordered was shown to be in stock at my chosen collection point. However, after 4 days I still hadn’t received an email saying my order was ready for collection; albeit I had received an email confirming my order, so there was no issue with email address. It wasn’t until I contacted the support line that my order was said to be ready for collection. Hence, dropping a star rating.

Quality products and helpful staff. However websites e-commerce enabled me to choose Easter Monday as a delivery date and guess what items did not arrive until following day. 2 of my items were missing which equated to 5% of my order. Speedy apology and refund given. I would buy again
