My first order was damaged in the post and the contents missing when the package arrived. Alpaca (after a short delay) replaced the order without question.

I tried the coffee for the first time today and it’s excellent. All in all I’m pretty happy.

The customer service from Alpaca Coffee was excellent. Victoria was very friendly and responded to my query within the hour. The order itself shipped very quickly, once dispatched it arrived the next day. The coffee was a gift so haven't sampled it myself but it smells wonderful.

I am on a quest to try as many ethical coffee companies as possible. I've got Brazil Cocarive and Colombia Mustafa. I haven't tried the latter yet, but the former is really good if you like a light-medium roast with a smooth drinking experience.

Arrived quickly. Very well packaged. Bought as a present so I haven't tried it but it smelled lovely.

Best ground coffee I have found. Have always struggled to get one that doesn’t taste a bit like dirt! Really enjoying the Four Left Feet blend. Good service , delivered through the letterbox. Bag reseals easily. Very pleased overall.

Their BRAZIL COCARIVE beans are very tasty, their goal is clear when it comes to their business and I'm all for it. Customer service is also excellent and speedy, will definitely be purchasing a new flavour when this one runs out.

The Peanut Butter Caramel and Milk Chocolate is a perfect combination for a great cup of coffee.

Great attention to detail with my order checking after my E-cheque payment failed and then patiently dispatching after this was rectified.

The coffee itself (decaf beans) took a little getting used to, but now I’ve worked out how strong I like it and how fine to grind it, I really can’t fault it. Good rounded taste profile, decaf has come a long way! Luckily the resealable bags keep it dark and fresh.
