Absolutely a scam...ordered white lace trainers 50 weeks ago and never arrived. No reply to emails. Wish I could remember payee.Can anyone help.

Absolutely disgusting.... Firstly they say they are in the UK.. And they are not.. . Which is why I ordered in the first place.. Ordered a size 5 and received a size 4...they promised to send the correct pair but never arrived and no refund either.. How can this company be allowed to trade for so long in this way.. The advert was so professional. The one and only time I never read reviews. I feel stupid for being conned like this..

Stay away, never received my order! No communication after 18 months. I don’t how they’ve got away with it ti be honest

I ordered a pair of lace trainers on June 1st the Monet was taken from my account and now it is October 22nd and despite several e mails they still behave bnot been delivered . Do not order from this company

I ordered a pair of shoes on 1st June 2021. I have emailed them several times, with no reply. It is now October and they have not arrived. They did take payment immediately although I never received them, or a full refund. Stay well clear!!!!!

If there were no stars, that's exactly what I'd give! Do not believe all their promises. There's no refund, no free returns, nothing at all! I ordered a pair of their trainers. They didn't fit, so I requested a free returns label - they don't give one and you have to send them back to China (at your own expense)! I asked for a refund - no reply. I sent many (& I mean many!) emails & their replies didn't make sense (seriously!). Then they blocked my emails. I contacted Trading Standards & on their advice, I wrote to their London 'address'. It had been opened & returned to me. Trading Standards are looking into the company as the
geographical address for HSTLR CO LTD is for a virtual address. Their MD has an address in Morocco! Now I've noticed they've changed the name of the company. I commented on their Facebook page and now they've blocked me. Please do not buy from this company.

No stars for this shambolic company. Ordered trainers from them, they said they had been delivered, not received them, asked for a refund and that was back in June and not heard anything regarding refund. Horrendous customer service, actually No customer service or care from them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Do not order from Alpha Walk they are a disgrace I ordered a pair of size 7 trainers. They arrived not like the picture and size 6!! Not even a true size 6. After several emails over nearly 3 months still no joy. Still got a pair of trainers too small that I cant even give away as the size is wrong and no response from this s##t company.

I ordered some trainers (ladies size 9) on 12th May 2021. I have sent 4 emails and not had a reply, I have never received the trainers and not received a refund! Do not order from this company!

Ordered trainers 3months ago, after numerous emails still no trainers and no refund.

Appalling customer service. Still waiting for a refund after 5 months. I would not recommend - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The trainers they sent are cheap rubbish & were too small, but despite about 2 dozen emails, I've still not had any luck getting them to refund them.

I've read many comments like the one I'm making. I ordered 1 pair of shoes from a FB ad and they arrived over a month after I ordered but are comfy and ok quality. I then decided to order another pair directly from Alpha Walk on their website. This was back at the end of May. I have emailed the company for updates, tried calling them but still have not received a response, the goods or a refund. I wonder how much money they have raised by stealing it from customers. What can we do to stop them?

Wrong size arrived...initial reply to my email whete they asked for photos....15 emails to them later and still nothing back.

Ordered via FB and like the other reviews my trainers haven't arrived and no response to my chase emails. DISGRACE that FB are letting this company advertise

Doesn't even merit 1 star. I ordered shoes on 30th May as the website looked so convincing. Shoes never arrived and the website seems to no longer be working. Was horrified to see other people on here had been ripped off. I have now informed my credit card provider to try to get a refund.

Placed order 6th june still no trainers dont buy

I wish i had read the reviews first. DO NOT BUY A TOTAL SCAM! Ordered trainers june. Sent emails. No reply and no trainers. 😠

Placed an order 28th May. Sent a few emails to asking where my shoes are haven’t heard anything. Been well and truly scammed!!!!!!

Appears a scam-placed an order on June 7th, I emailed themm on the 3rd July and again today in one lasthopful attemp at contact, but after reading all the pervious reviews it seems that I will not hear from them.
