Terrible company. I ordered shoes late May, and when the wrong size was sent I emailed them. Got a response saying they would send more in the correct size, but have heard nothing since, despite emailing constantly for a refund.
Should have been more cautious. I've lost £29 and won't repeat it!

Ordered trainers on June 10th. Paid £27.99. Sent email but not expecting a response. Website unavailable and now having read the other reviews I’m guessing we’ve all been ripped off! I will not order anything through Facebook ads again.

Wow ordered from this company a month ago after seeing the shoes on Facebook and haven’t received them!!! Sent email got the usual reply that they have had lots of orders and they will be despatched soon….a week later nothing so sent another email and no response!!! So did some research and it looks like the company has disappeared and ran off with our money😡 luckily I paid by credit card so should get my money back!!!! Do not order from these people!!! X

Placed an order on the 5th June, still waiting for confirmation. Have sent 2 emails, still no response, and 3 messages, they are quick enough to take your money but do not have the courtesy to reply. The add also looks as if the company is in the UK, but beware they are not, DO NOT ORDER from this company. I guess I have just thrown my money away, how does FB let them get away with advertising!!!

Avoid - like everyone else on here. I ordered the shoes in May, via a Facebook advert. It's now 2nd July and no sign of the shoes. I chased in June and received a response saying there was a delay due to large amount of orders - I have now emailed them again today to request they cancel the order and refund my money. I guess that was a waste of an email! Just wish I'd read these reviews before I lost my money.

I would give it zero stars if I could.
Ordered (and paid for) trainers 2nd June. It’s 1st july now and no sign of them.
E mailed twice, no response! Website seems to have disappeared… fuming!!

As with everyone else on here, ordered at the end of May, no sign of the shoes, and can't get hold of anyone. Have just contacted my bank to do a charge back.

Definitely zero stars. Ordered in April, received a faulty pair on 18 May, in the wrong size and have been emailing and messaging to ask for a refund ever since. Now they can't be found and their site shows closed "temporarily". Don't order from them, scam artists.

I have been waiting a month and still no product or corresponding, the service is terrible I have asked for my money back but no reply 😡😡

Like all the other reviews do not buy from them. Been waiting a month no reply to emails. Everything I seem to buy from Facebook ads always goes wrong or problematic. I’ve learnt my lesson won’t be buying anymore. Facebook should be responsible for companies they advertise, shocking.

I have been waiting for shoes since the end of May still waiting. I would never order of this site again if I known how long. I have asked for money back but no reply

Still waiting for a pair of shoes ordered in May. At first they replied that I would receive them in 5 days. They took my money up front and now their web site has disappeared. Never buy from Facebook!

I give alpha shoes zero stars. I ordered a pair of shoes and gave my bank details and confirmation was given at beginning of June. I have not had any response from them since even when I have emailed them asking where my order is. I have not had my order and it's 29th June today. I'm furious. Do not order anything from them. I want my money back but all it says on site is back soon then they don't come back!

I ordered 2 pairs leg care shoes which when they eventually arrived where poor quality with insoles to put in your self won't refund me and expected me to send to China at my expense, after complaining about insoles they uptaded website to include them. Do not buy from them!!

Don’t buy off this company. I received the wrong size and despite several emails sending the proof they originally asked for I have had nothing more from them. I was like many others I bought on impulse without checking first. Lesson learnt at a £25 loss.

Can't give zero unfortunately. Scam shop. Sent me a pair of poor quality shoes wrong size. Been trying for weeks to get refund. Website down, Facebook page gone. Shower of ........

Took ages to arrive but eventually got here but alas I don't like them. Sent email to address on invoice with regards to return (email only, no paperwork in package) but no response after 2 weeks. Tried their website but constantly says back soon, try again later. Think I've just said goodbye to £25

Should have the option to put no stars. Placed my order and paid 4 weeks ago. No further contact from them since. Lesson learned, do not order until you check the reviews on Trustpilot. The reviews on their site looked good but I can see from this site how many other people have had poor or no service from them. Do not order!!!

Actually this should be nil zilch stars. Looks like I'm in a long lone of suckers..ordered trainers way back in April arrived 5 weeks later...wrong size sent! cheap rubbish & no resemblance to the hype they advertised on facebook.Since then I have had the most pathetic excuses the latest asking me to be patient! I have blocked them attempting any more payments from my account & will complain to facebook for accepting this shower of crooks. Anyone know what else we can do?

Don’t buy from this company. Still waiting for my shoes. I have asked several times now for a refund to no avail. This is a scam wish I never ordered via Facebook ad.
They have e mailed me twice to say shoes would be sent at weekend, that was 3 weeks ago
