Placed an order and what I received was laughable. These were not only clearly fakes and badly made but they even had ridiculous spelling on the label. Besides that the shoes were different lengths and widths despite being the "same size". I emailed and sent images to back up my complaint. They offered me a refund if I sent the shoes back to China, at my own cost. This was not going to happen as the costs were near the same as the fake shoes were! After a back and forth I reported them to trading standards. Within a week the website I'd used (directed to from Facebook) was gone... Don't not use them please.

Placed order 2nd June. Received confirmation email . No shoes and no response to emails . Really disappointed. Advertised on Facebook.

Placed an order 5th June, receieved confirmation email. No shoes and no contact receieved from many emails sent!

Appears a scam-placed an order on June 7th and nothing since. As previous reviewers, unable to contact the company by phone and no reply from my emails. Payment cleared from the bank. They advertised via Facebook!! Contacting my bank ASAP !!

Placed order in May, order confirmation email received and then no responses since. No items arrived. Scam

I have reported this company to AMEX Fraud department as they never sent the goods I ordered and made excuse after excuse. Originally advertised they were based in the UK. Don't order from them as they take your money and you hear nothing further.

I agree with all of the other reviews. Absolute scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered in May and have emailed several times without a reply. Facebook shouldn’t allow these scam adverts

I ordered trainers from them from an FB ad nearly two months ago and have received nothing nor a reply to my emails.
I’ve had a similar experience being sucked into FB ads and will not do so again.

Total scam. Ordered back in may, emailed and had reply due to high demand delivery running late. Emailed again and now being ignored. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Total scam ordered in May still not seen my goods. Not replying to my mails web site now been taken down.. saying be back soon!!!!!!!

Complete scam. Never sent any shoes, kept fobbing me off with excuses when I emailed and now I just get no reply and their website has been taken down.

I got sent the incorrect size shoes.I have tried every means to get in contact and they don't respond.Such a scam,dreadful company stealing my money.Tried contacting facebook but got no where either.

Placed an order on May 28th. No sign of the trainers since then. What an appalling company. Have sent several emails, not sure if I can claim back via Visa. Expect to have to write this one off. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT EVEN CONSIDER. SCAM ALL THE WAY

I ordered shoes from this company 6 weeks ago. No contact at all from them after sending several emails.
TOTALLY AVOID. I wish i had read these reviews first.

I ordered a pair of white ones on 1 May. E mailed to find out where they were an was told they had a high demand. A month later still nothing. Messaged on FB and was advised they would look into it. Left it a week and messaged again to be advised the site is no longer available😡😡😡

Total Scam. Ordered white Trainers via Facebook link to alpha-walk.com. Ordered 4th June, no sign of shoes and when checking online, the website is no longer there. Facebook should have accountability for companies using them to advertise and link. Don’t buy. Thankfully I paid by credit card and got it refunded to me from credit card company. I recommend anyone else to claim back and watch your spending on card in future, as unknown who now has your card details.

Terrible service and poor quality shoes, ordered 4.5 and 5 as said free returns,took a month and both were so small I couldn’t try on, broken English on tongue and obviously cheap rip off, smelt awful. I paid £27.99 each and can’t get my money back as they’ve not replied to any complaint emails, AVOID.

Ordered two pairs shoes on 1st June after seeing Facebook ad. Sent emails requesting information on delivery and in line with others no response. Website now gone . Will chase up with my card company and hopefully get my money back . Will never order from Facebook ads again

I ordered a pair of white lace trainers start of June, money came out of my account at the same time. We are in July and still not received them. I emailed the company and no reply. Any suggestions what can I do next? ☹️
