First time ever I seem to have fallen for a scam . Shame on you Alpha Walk taking people's hard earned cash. Karma will do its thing ....

I ordered a pair of shoes for £24.99 but never received the goods. I have emailed them and they say they have been delivered but we checked our CCTV on the day and no one had been to the house. 😡

Ordered trainers 6.6.21 no signs yet and when I try to track order says website unavailable try later! 🤔🤔🤔🤔

If there was a zero scoring I’d be using it....ordered shoes..but not arrived after two weeks and emailing them but no reply....quick enough to take my money mind you!!! If I can find a phone number I’ll be calling 2moro.....😡

Bought shoes but they were nothing like the advert and made of plastic. Have tried to return them as they were not fit for purpose but they will not respond to my very many emails. Don't touch this company with the proverbial barge pole. Illegal trading, poor quality workmanship, goods unfit for purpose and breaches of consumer legislation too numerous to list. Don't get caught like me, and steer clear of their goods. Don't waste your hard-earned money on anything they sell.

I ordered a size 39 but got sent a size 36. Have repeatedly emailed then to correct the order. No response what's so ever. Disgusting attitude. I'm now £24.99 out of pocket after waiting weeks for delivery. Never buy from this site

Like everyone else I got scammed too! Order never arrived, no reply to emails, now contacting credit card company to get money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Trading standards should be notified and these people should be prosecuted for fraud.

Ordered my trainers on the 28th April guess what ? I'm still waiting I've sent numerous emails and got nothing back. I'm going to ask my bank for a charge back. Avoid this company like the plague. There should be a no star option

Ordered trainers, placed the order on 12/5 and still on the 18th June, they have not they responded or stumped up our hard earned cash. Or answered an email.

5 - 8 days tracked, insured delivery, both utter pish!!!!!!

Really terrible product and service. It was recommended to order a size larger than required, which I did and they are still too tight and after 20 minutes they make my toes go numb as they are still too small. They also have a very cheap insole and stink of glue. I have tried contacting the company to return them and they don’t respond to my emails. I would recommend that anyone thinking about buying from this company think twice! I would also think twice about buying the shoes advertised under the same format as they are likely to come from The same company well and they have really poor quality. I am extremely angry as they were expensive and I was expecting good quality considering what I paid for them.
Should alpha walk wish to respond to this poor review and give me a refund or allow me to return the item.

Just like everybody else!! Ordered shoes and was told they were awaiting stock - asked me to be patient until July
Told them I’d rather have a refund - they said they would refer my email to complaints department.
That was some time ago and they have now failed to reply to subsequent e mails.
I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company

Where can these guys be reported officially?
I have reported them on facebook.
I have received my items - they are beyond poor.
They advertise 100 day risk free returns but they dont honour it - I've just been blocked

Would have given zero stars. Been waiting over 3 weeks. Emailed got a rey because of high demand etc etc .. emailed twice since with no reply.
I am wondering if this is a scam? Though some people appear to have received them??? Or is this false too.
Going to contact card provider as I am not a happy bunny.

Still waiting for my order , ordered beginning of may , asked for refund , got fobbed off and asked to be patient , emailed again , said it would be past to complaints department , over a week ago , still waiting to hear , wish I'd looked at reviews ! Going to keep on until I get my money back !!!! Update ,1st July still not heard from complaints department , have said I will go to trading standards ! Have not heard anything back !!!!

Wish I had read these reviews before making the purchase.
As per previous reviews, unable to give a minus star recommendation, more's the pity - ordered pair of shoes over 3 weeks ago, nothing has arrived.
No communication despite several emails, apart from one response to initial mail telling me to be patient, bloody cheek ! it seems to be a case of buyer beware,

Same as all the others. Two pairs of shoes ordered, none received. Ignores emails and phone number is just a voicemail.

No option for -stars. I should have read reviews before ordering. So far the wait is three weeks. Have sent two emails, no reply. Seems its a Chinese company as opposed to a UK one. In future I think i'll actually go out and visit a shop instead of these dodgy websites.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!
I am convinced this company takes your money and runs off with it, no shoes. Emailed endless times and no replies. Tried ringing them and no reply. Don't believe the reviews on social media as I'm convinced they're false.
Spend your money on something else. I can't comment on the shoes as they never arrived.

I am in the same position that many others are in, thought I was buying from a UK company, shoes didn't fit when they eventually arrived, have sent numerous emails which they have replied to although it takes them ages each time - but they just try to fob me off! I will persist in pursuing them - sent another E Mail today again pointing out their free returns policy so now waiting for a reply!

Actually no stars. Also wish I'd checked this site before. I was fooled by the registered UK address, short (!) delivery time (took weeks to arrive in fact ) and returns offer. All lies. I was told that they were taking longer than stated on the website because UK warehouse out of stock so coming from China!!! Can't wear the shoes as they are too small as well as being cheap and nasty. At the moment in email communication regarding a refund. DO NOT USE this company.
