If you persist you should get your money back. After lots of emails I was offered a small percentage back, then eventually 75% back. I repeatedly reminded them of their refund policy etc. They suggested I send them back to China, at my expense! !!!! I kept at it and, having said I would speak to my lawyer son and trading standards, I was eventually given a full refund and told to keep the shoes. I would never wear them even if they fitted! Don't give up. Trading standards threat should help as their site is full of lies.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 29th May. Got confirmation email immediately but nothing more. Sent 3 emails with no reply. After reading other comments I don't hold out much hope. Before I ordered them, I read some good comments on Facebook otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them.

Ordered shoes 31.5.21 for a gift. Realised I had ordered wrong size been e-mailing and tried mobile number no response. I normally check reviews but this time didn't - my bad 🤬

I bought some trainers - according to the website they would arrive in 5 to 8 working days, with free returns. They arrived from China a few weeks later, and were of poor quality and were too small. They only accept returns to China which cost more in postage than the shoes originally cost. The UK address on the website is just an address with no staff there. I've been "promised" a 20% refund but not expecting it to arrive! Avoid this company.

My shoes arrived today cheap plastic shoes no insole definitely not embroidered. Don’t waste your money. Have emailed my complaint to them but not expecting any response

Exactly like the other review I feel completely ripped off.
Ordered a UK size 6 from what I thought was a reputable company in London via FaceBook and took weeks to arrive and from China! The sizing is not accurate and seem more like a small 5 and no replies to any emails that I have sent enquiring about my order and also to returning cheap quality ill-fitting shoes

Wish I had checked trust pilot before ordering shoes, not received my order and no response from emails sent to the company. Think I have been ripped off this company needs to be stopped from advertising.

I only wish i had looked at all the other reviews first ..
The shoes are cheap looking and come from China .. The sizing is wrong and they refuse to give you your money back ..so many emails go back and forth and they simply repeat themselves. I can't believe i fell for it again ..i swore i never would after going through the same with boots . Fraudulent company.. why is this allowed ..

I am usually very careful but got suckered into buying a pair of these shoes. The usual cheap Chinese imports, shoddily made and badly sized. This firm has a registered address in the UK but don't be fooled, they are shipped from China. There are numerous other so called shoe companies advertising on Facebook all with the same address in Covent Garden.

Same complaint website says based in Covent Garden London 5-8 working days for delivery but now know they have been shipped from China
Cheap and nasty , wrong size sent shocking do not use
So wish I had looked at reviews beforehand
Lesson learnt there. Now trying to obtain a refund

Unfortunately there isn't an option to give no stars. Like the remainder of the reviews I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. After checking the companies website they give a company address in Covent Garden, London!!!!!!!, with a movie phone number. Still not received my shoes, no reply from the email address supplied.
Please don't waste your money or time. I have now given them a cut off date,if no refund or shoes I will report them to Action Fraud.

Absolutely rubbish , waited 3 weeks to be delivered cheap plastic shoes , do not buy from here a complete waste of money , these will be going in the bin , I wouldn't even put them in a charity shop or shoe bank 😡

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Like all the other reviews say the trainers are nothing like described and the company want me to pay £12.95 postage to send them back even though they advertise free returns on their website ! Not even a British based address it’s in China! Wish I’d read reviews before ordering from this scam of a company ! They are now ignoring all my emails since asking for a link to download a returns label .. Surprise surprise! 😡

There should be a no stars option. Bought a pair of trainers from Alpha Walk believing they were based in London as per their website. They also offer 100 day risk free return. It’s taken me ages to get a response and have been sent a return address in China! The shoes are NOTHING like the picture on the website! Completely fraudulent selling! Reporting them to Trading Standards first off!

Purchased pair of shoes, arrived damaged and contacted Alpha to do a return and customer service dreadful. Still not had a reply to authorise a return in over a week.

No stars. Not arrived and I did manage to get a refund. I have reported these to Facebook. I suggest everyone does the same. If you look at companies House site as well and complain

Ordered a size 5. Got a 4. They said I could keep them and they would send another pair!!!! Not received and don’t think I will. Don’t order from this company.

Shocking quality, label on the front is jumbled English (makes no sense), colour isn't as picture and they are too small (despite ordering a size up)
Requested to return them and eventually got an address in China to send them to!!
Do not purchase from this company.

If there were no stars, I would click on it! I ordered a pair of trainers from this company and ordered the next size up (as advised on their website). The trainers were too small and a narrow fit. I requested a Free Returns Label - they 'offer' a Free 30-Day returns. They replied that it was my fault, not theirs and to send the trainers to China! I have since requested return forms but they are now not replying to my emails. Terrible service...poor doesn't come close!!
