Proactive delivery and worked in with my wife to when she will be home to collect the order.
Easy enough to put together although found a chip in paint on one of the red sections. Also oner of the weight for the stack has a chip in the plastic.
I have two 45 degree arms left over to brace the back section. I cannot put these on as the bolt holes are to far out of alignment.
Can you suggest anything?
These are also not in the installation manual.
Works great and very smooth to use.

Hex dumbbells and racks
Ordered dumbbells and racks. Other than no instructions for putting together the racks, they are pretty good. The hex dumbbells are of pretty good quality and am happy enough with these.
It was a shame that one pair of dumbbells was missing, however after speaking with Amy, they have been sent out immediately.
Side note - this is my second purchase through Alphago and Amy has been great to deal with both times.

I recently bought a smith machine from this company and firstly it was very quick delivery and Amy from the company gave me her mobile phone number as I had a question for her and she informed me when she sent it to come to me and also said if I have any issues with assembly to call her and she’ll help me which she ended up doing cause I set it all up but had trouble getting the cables right and thanks to Amy she sent me a clear and easy to follow video of how it should be set up. Would definitely recommend using this company for all your fitness needs. 5 Star rating from me !!!!!
