Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. We got some gym mats but they didn't end up working out for our circumstances so we returned them to the Gold Coast shop (in basically new condition) and my Paypal payment was refunded right away. When it comes to gym stuff you can find similar things at similar prices at multiple shops, so what makes a shop stand out amongst the many options is often times it's customer service; how fast they reply, the effort they put in towards sorting out your issue. So in this regard, Super Alphago were a pleasure to deal with.

Fast delivery but there was a small…
Fast delivery but there was a small plastic piece in the flywheel assembly that rattled on use so I had to take it apart and cut my finger on the metal mesh on reassembly. Also the assembly instructions did not match the model I got in any way, so a bit like Ikea leaving you to nut it out by yourself.

Smith Machine
Ordered a Smith machine and weights package from Super Alphago. Delivery was quick. There ended up being an issue with the machine and I decided to swap it for a different one. They organised pick up of the old one and delivery of the new. Staff at Super Alphago were incredibly helpful, understanding, and made sure we had the machine that was right for us. Lovely staff and great prices. Would purchase from them again!
