Quick Response
Alpha was quick to respond positively to Austin Infiniti when my seat motor failed. Did not have a complete copy of my warranty document. Alpha Rep immediately emailed original agreement.

SCAM! Do not buy their warranty!
I filed a warranty claim on my Infiniti G37 because it over heated. One of the things that needed to be replaced was the radiator thermostat. This item is listed as covered under the warranty. However, if you read the fine print of the contract it states that no parts of the cooling system are covered if the car overheats. I’d love to know when else you would replace the thermostat. They list things that are covered and then list instances where they are not covered, which negates all coverage. This warranty is a SCAM! I’m shocked that anyone has ever had any repairs performed under this warranty. If they won’t pay $500 for a thermostat replacement that is listed in their coverage, they definitely aren’t going to pay for any other issues.

Need more repair locations
We live in Bellevue, NE.
The closest Alpha repair center is in Omaha,NE. Travel distance over 12 miles. If vehicle is damaged or leaking, that distance of driving would cause more damage to vehicle. I tried to get a tow truck, but after numerous calls no service was available for next 2/3 days.
Great if you had more service center location!
Absolutely the biggest sham artists on…
Absolutely the biggest sham artists on the planet. They look for every reason not to pay. I've seen income tax refunds with a faster time line. They don't even pay the face value of the contract. Not really sure how these clowns sleep at night.

Alpha Warranty services is a scam
Alpha Warranty services is a scam, They don’t cover problems they claim to cover, Don’t bother buying this, it’s of no use.
UPDATE; If you want to look up the contract, its under Todd Runnels,
When I was sold the contract it the dealer stated it covered drive axles, and when your sales company tried to sell me another contract for the same vehicle again a year later he stated it covers drive axles, we have a drive bad drive axle you refuse to replace it under warranty, now we have other unknown problems with the vehicle and question if it will be covered or not?

Be more assuring at the start the work will be covered.
I like how this warranty claim was eventually covered without too much static. However, I wish Alpha would have been more involved at the start to assure the the garage work would be covered instead of waiting until the end to inform me. This would have made the use of this warranty less stressful.
If someone tells you a car warranty is a scam, believe them
When buying my vehicle from St. Charles Mercedes Benz I was sold a warranty from Alpha Warranty Services for over $4,200, and told it covered "everything". OK, we can quickly anticipate that was an exaggeration, but with so much complicated equipment, the gamble seemed like a good wager to be a good value. After my first attempt at a claim, that is far from the truth.
When I had the actual warranty contract sent to me, since what the MB dealership gave me was more promotional than details, I think it would be a smaller document if they listed what IS covered. When I told the gal answering the phone what the issue was, I used the word, "wire". She quickly came back stating that, "In item 14, it states, 'spark plugs and wires'", therefore anything with a wire is not included. Mind you, item 14 has several items separated by commas. Taking one word out of context and elevating it to an exclusion of its own is an enormous stretch. I questioned if her logic held, why didn't the creator of the contract have a specific item, separated by commas, that clearly stated, "anything with a wire". I suggested that she did a word search for "wire", had a match, and therefore anything with a wire is excluded. She essentially agreed. I suggested had I called it a copper filament surrounded by an insulator, the repair would have been covered since there was no match. She seemed proud to use te term, "an exclusionary contract", and proudly shared with me that if a repair could loosely fall into one of the 30 or so bullet points of related items, they were excluded from the warranty. Only if she couldn't find a word that closely watched a word in the 14 -page document would it be covered.
When I asked how to contest the interpretation, she informed me there wasn't one, as if her logic dictated all consideration of coverage and contract interpretation.
So, the moral of the story is not just that you need to read the small print, but realize just about nothing is covered and a mildly educated young girl with a foreign accent is the judge and jury of how the contract will be interpretated.
I strongly feel I was dooped by St. Charles Mercedes Benz and wasted over $4,200. Learn from my mistakes and take a pass, at least if the warranty is from Alpha Warranty Services.

Very misleading
Very misleading, denied coverage, horrible wait times, rude staffing, and finally…..not worth the extra money on top of your already expensive vehicle. Save the money you would pay them and just put it in a piggy bank for your future repairs. They’ll make you pay for them with or without their coverage.
