Their Black Friday deals go crazy, while browsing them I decided to buy a beautiful pudding key cap set that was like literally 50% off for the holiday. Two hours later I changed my mind and panicked because I decided upon a much more stunning set, also offered by Alpherior Keys. I immediately sent a Twitter DM, as I knew Alpherior is active on Twitter because I had queried them pestering for answers to my questions several times over the past week, to my delight not a single question was left un-answered.

Not. Even. 5 minutes. After sending a DM regarding my issue, I had a response from Alpherior, my money refunded and had already checked out with my new set of key caps which the company was kind enough to help expedite the packaging process of.

Incredibly high quality products. Have bought plenty of items so far and they’ve all been top tier and arrived extremely fast. Their customer support is immaculate and I truly have never seen anything like it before. They respond extremely fast and go above and beyond to ensure their customer’s satisfaction. Would absolutely recommend!

To add insult to injury, in addition to all of the negative reviews related to the lead times and it being impossible to get in touch with Alpherior keys, I wanted to add their giveaway scams on twitter to the list.
They've been doing "giveaways" without announcing any winners as of late, similar to a lot of other scammers on the platform to farm for engagement.
Disgusting behaviour.

I was once interested in keycaps, messaged them on Twitter as it said "DM for custom enquires" and got no answer. Some time later I allegedly won a giveaway on March 29th 2023 (yes I did participate there) and got nothing, mailed them, messaged them on Twitter, messaged them on their website and nothing to this day.

Scam! I placed an order on 3/3/23 for a keyboard and paid for 2-3 day shipping for my son’s birthday present. Here we are in mid April and no keyboard. Sent several emails to the company with no response. Saw another email on this site and sent questions. They claimed it was on back order. Requested to cancel the order at that point more than once and refund for keyboard and shipping charges. Of course, no responses since requesting refund for a product never received along with shipping that was charged. Filed a dispute and complaint. Don’t waste your time. Find a reliable company.

I placed my order on 3/14/23. I messaged them a few days later on Instagram to inquire about when I can expect the keycaps to ship. They messaged me back very quickly and let me know it's roughly 30 day lead time as the keycaps are made in house. I received them today 4/5/2023 and they are beautiful. They look exactly like the pictures (Oni purple dragon) and they fit perfectly. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. 100% worth the wait for the custom work. I will order from Alpherior keys again.

This is a scam .. they claim there's a 30 day lead time but my order is a month and almost a weeks old have 0 updates for it .. I told them I want to cancle my order and receive a refund they ignored me for days until I messaged them again and they stated "we already spent the money for materials"... speaking of the customer service it's very rude unprofessional WHEN they actually do decide to reply it can take days maybe weeks .. but they sure do make sure to delete every comment on their Instagram that customers expressed how unhappy they are and the claims of a scam there was some one who hasn't received anything in 2 months ... so in conclusion this place is a scam or a group buy which if they are a group buy please state that so people don't get upset .. I just really want my money back at this point

I ordered a new keyboard from them mid November and did not receive any information on it for awhile. I reached out over Twitter and got a response immediately and found that I had missed some print saying the keyboard I ordered was not in stock until end of December. No problem. End of December I receive an email from them asking what kind of switches I want, since they had some in stock that were not previously an option. I had an excellent correspondence with the company over email, we figured out what I wanted, and it was at my house the next week!
The keyboard is NICE. Super buttery, smaller, high quality body, and lubed. I got the "Hayabusa 60% Keyboard - Purple Oni Dragon" with linear switches.
Overall I had a 10/10 experience with this company. I'm not sure what was happening to cause all the negative reviews posted here but.. I think they're great and will 100% be doing business with them again! :D

Like a lot of other reviews. Found a cook keyboard. Ordered it on 9/1/22. They took $112 out of my bank account. Was told would ship in 3 to 5 days. It is now 10/18/22. I have emailed 4 times, called and not gotten any response. It's a scam or they are out of business. I am going to get my bank to refund.

Scam company or totally inept. Like many others, I placed an order and other than the initial email confirming the order, I never heard another thing from them. I emailed them. I used the contact on their website. I even messaged them on twitter. No response. I finally contested the charge with my credit card company. Don't use this company. Even if they're not a scam, they don't care about customers and are okay cheating them.

Ordered my a keyboard a week ago and never received any tracking number or updates. Emailed a few times and have yet to get a reply. Very disappointed with their service and hopefully I can get a refund. Would not recommend seems like they are scamming.

Awful, awful company that does not correct their mistakes and/or make up for a total lack of communication. Went through the trouble of blocking me on social media for calling our their poor business practice.

the keyboard stopped working, the rgb turns on but it does not type, i don't know what to do and i just want help getting it to work

This website is a scam. I ordered some keycaps more than a month ago and received no updates. They do not respond to emails or phone call.

Do not waste your money on them!

No keyboard, no return emails and phone # 817-697-4200 on website is invalid. Definitely a scam. Contacted my bank to dispute and try to get my $160 back. So mad! Do not trust this website or company

I ordered my $155 (USD) keyboard on July 20 and have not gotten any updates on the making of my keyboard. I have tried to contact them multiple times and haven't gotten any reply.

Not received my order no communication despite countless emails the phone number doesn't connect. A scam I will be contacting my bank for a refund
