Very good service, i had a problem which happened by them not sending me an email for a discount code, but the problem was shortly fixed after i've reached them on twitter and send them a message, and they answered quickly and i got the code. really great and nice service, very recommended!

I ordered a keyboard so long ago and I literally haven't gotten any tracking numbers, emails, or any sign of it being shipped yet.

Ordered so long ago.... and I've reached out on many platforms, and i never get a response, been waiting forever and all i want to know is an update, but it seem like some of us cant even get that from this company...

Best Keyboard and mouse pad i ever Got I love the colors so so Happy!!!!

Seems nothing short of a scam; placed an order on April 12th, and still no update or anything. In addition, when sending an email, no reply given after more than 1.5month...

I had a frustrating experience with their keyboards. I received an incorrect product, and two damaged. After this, they decided to no longer respond. I have attempted to contact them to no avail.

I was more than willing to return anything, including the small gifts, in exchange for an undamaged product.

In spite of all this, I can say their keycaps are high quality and less prone to being damaged in shipping. Stick to those if you'd like to avoid a similar situation.

Originally there was a lack of communication about an item being out of stock and my order did not ship when it was supposed to for some time. They quickly went above and beyond to correct their honest mistake once it was brought to their attention. I am pleased with their handling of the situation.

I ordered a set of Abyssal Keycaps Set on the 13th of March 2022. I paid for Express Shipping which costed me $34.99USD it said it would take "1-5days" to arrive through Express Shipping, its been 3 weeks now. I have reached out to them twice on email, once through Instagram, and once through twitter, and they have never responded back. I am super disappointed and unsatisfied with the service they provide.

I ordered 2 sets of keycaps from them about a week ago. Soon after I received a email saying that they were having trouble clarifying my address, I sent back the form, and waited for a reply. Well here I am a week later still trying to get ahold of someone but nothing will work. I’ve tried many ways of contact and I have not been replied to once. My order has not shipped yet either, while it says on the website it should in 1 to 2 business days. This is false advertisement and bad customer support.

Their Social Media team has since reached out and done their best to make it right and my shipping has been refunded.

I appreciate the gesture, and am updating my review as an act of goodwill.

All of us make mistakes and companies are no exception. But when Alpherior Keys recognized their errors and did what was right, that went a long way in my mind. I will continue to buy from them in the future. Companies like that are far and few between.

Best quality in stitching and design for their mousepads. Different colorways and aesthetics that will take your set up to a different level, I loved the fusion design so I wrapped my Nintendo switch to match. The keyboard and keycaps were high quality and also matched my mousepad. Definitely get the mouse as well, brings everything together perfectly. Great communication and going to be the next company that takes over all the gaming set ups.

Customer service was great! Answered all my questions within minutes. And got my key caps within a week of shipping. Just ordered a mouse pad and a keyboard coiled cable. Forever my go to

Ordered a keyboard months ago, haven't received it yet even though the keyboard is back in stock and they haven't been replying to emails or DMs via Twitter. horrible lack of communication and would recommend using a different company for keycaps or keyboards.

I ordered the Fusion Mousepad from Alpherior Keys and it is amazing! The quality is much better than most name brand mousepads.

I ordered my Abyssal Keycap Set from AlpheriorKeys and I was not at all disappointed. They came on time and are beautiful. These are the best keycaps for my build.
