Ordered in May charged and now their email is down for 2 weeks no way to get a response my ig message about filing complaint against them gets likes and sends a link to buy more i am so irate!

TOTAL SCAM

Ordered back in March and still nothing has arrived. Bought an ambassador discounted item & a full priced one. Have contacted asking for either the item or a refund an no reply.

Same as so many other posts, I bought an ambassador item and never received the item or tracking information. When I contacted them they never responded. Stay away.

EDIT: I have contacted Alter Ego Fitness several times. The email listed on their website bounces. They have not responded to any other channels. The only responses I have received have been procedural issues with this review (no, I didn’t mean to review the UK website), but no effort to actually contact me has been made.

I got a message on insta and decided to give them a shot because they had some good reviews so why not. When I got my order I was really surprised, they DID not miss with this, excellent products

Invited to be a “brand ambassador”, to be honest wasn’t that bothered but did like a top on the site.
Ordered and surprise, no top. Have emailed twice, got no response. Contacted them through Instagram and got told to email! I’ve contacted the card company to get my money back.
Don’t touch this company, total scam.

Updated, I’m not having an issue with the courier. Your website states Evri or Royal Mail. I was told DHL. You have not responded to any email I have sent.
You have turned comments off on your Instagram page, so people can’t be warned.
Steer clear of this site.
You are such liars! You can’t even respond to email queries.
You are the worst company I have ever dealt with, you should be shut down.

**another update** it is not a fake review, I was a legitimate unhappy customer.
Read all the other reviews that state the same.
I will not be bullied by you! I didn’t say you had shut down, I said you SHOULD be!
If you do not stop the harassment, I will be seeking my own legal counsel.
If anyone would like screenshots of proof of my order, please ask.

Asked to be an ambassador- checked on companies house - this company was dissolved in 2022 and no longer operates - positive reviews are a scam - the company does not exist any longer!

very professional brand, they helped me really quick when I had an issue, updated my order for me and it was re-routed to my correct address, they went above and beoynd for my error

the clothing I received was exceptional but my god the delivery was slow so for that reason I have to give these guys 4/5. 100% quality but the delivery has to be quicker

I was contacted by the company and asked to be an ambassador. In order to become one they ask you to purchase an items from them at discounted price. So I placed two orders almost two months ago and unfortunately I still don’t get what I paid for nor my messages are being answered. SCAM!?!?!?!?! I am just still hoping for my packages to be delivered anytime now!!!

Don't make a mistake that I did! They asked me to be an ambassdor, had me fill out a form and then before i could get my discount, they asked me to buy something. So i did! I was stupid and bought a tank top on 5/28/24 and I still have not received it! To get a tracking number you have to pay extra for the tracking number. They have all these excuses on their shipping page "in case" you do not get what you PAID for! You should get the tracking number automatically. I reached out to their customer service twice and not a peep. STAY AWAY

a really good brand that goes above and beyond, had a small issue with finding my order and the team helped me every step of the way. I had nothing to worry about and the clothes received were absolutely lovely

Really happy with my overall experience and will deffo be back, if I had to nitpick.....delviery was a bit slower than expected but that's it
