The worst customer service. I did not receive my order and no response from company when asked for a refund, which the website says will refund with no questions. Think twice about ordering from this company. 🤔

Can't fault them, delivery on point to a T! I got my wristband, instaboost, stringer and ready to rep by killing a chest day, HYPED!

the real MVPs of the fitness world, this training wear is amazing. Solid workouts wearing this gymwear, never felt so good whilst training, other stlyes and brands seem quite loose but this apparel fits amazing!

SCAM, stay clear!! I was approached by AlterEgo Fitness regarding becoming an Ambassador, I required some items anyway so thought I would pay the extra, however I never received the products or the emails as promised to finalise the Ambassador role and received no response from an email.

The price is fitting, or rather low (my opinion) for the kind of quality they provide. Website were super smooth and easy to navigate through, easy payment system, and track number included, just so you know.
Great job, love all of my products so far, next pay day i will be getting more!

After more than 20 days the order did not arrive, probably it was not shipped at all.

I placed a large order, but did not receive an order confirmation of tracking information. My inquiry was responded to in less than few hours, and fixed as soon as I was able to provide order details. But prior to even being responded to directly, I received the order confirmation as well being told my order was already on the way! I provided an incorrect email address unbeknownst to myself. AlterEgo reached out to me letting me know the error had been corrected and again provided an order confirmation along with order details that my order was on the way. The service was prompt polite, I will be returning for for sure!

well I was about to a leaver a star review a few days ago but my parcel came today, there is a tag on it stating that it was only cleared through customs yesterday. The delivery is really bad IMO however because of the sheer quality of the product I actually got is literally well worth the wait!

STAY CLEAR UNLESS YOU WANT AMAZING GYMWEAR ;) I ordered and a few days later I got my order, not sure how other people are struggling, but I thought this order was exceptional in terms of service, easy checkout, quick delivery, world class apparel for leg day xD

After almost 2 months and a 4 mail they replay..... But the try to blackmail me.... Delete my review...to refund me the money.....BUT ONLY IF I DELETE THE REVIEW.....

FROM 1* to 5* - like others I was concerned about my package not arriving, 10 days later than expected it arrived. I was surprised at how good the leggings were that I received, really happy and pretty ashamed I doubted them, stupid delivery men taking ages to deliver was the issue

Scam! DO NOT fall for their fake website! They reached out to me since I am in fitness and bodybuilding and wanted me to be their ambassador, I checked their website, said 4. Something rate on trustpilot. An idiot as I am, I didn't double check, and ended up ordering one item which never came, they are not responding and the money is gone. Please, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM!

They also reached out to me to delete the review, claiming they never received my emails, offering me to refund the charge AFTER I remove my review. After I asked them to either refund me or send me the order new their answer was: "we will no longer be replying as we are unable to reach an amicable agreement and what you are asking for is beyond our scope as we are not a courier"

This is a fake company steals your money after reaching out to you to be an ambassador. Do not spend your money the 5 star reviews are fake. They do not respond . RUN DO NOT SPEND MONEY
