Simply put: Scam. What other word can I come up with when I respond to their "ambassador" request, place a sizeable order, order fails to show, their "tracking" system is a farce, do not reply to my emails (plural), and only get a chatbot response via social media messaging. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PHONIES.

Ordered with them on 8th June.
Had 1 email confirming order and no other updates. No response via email support, no replies on social media accounts. Really disappointed I have not heard from them. They have taken my money and will not respond. This was all through their ambassador programme. Terrible customer service.

Really bad.
I've been contacted to become an ambassador and promised discounts and I've even placed my first order and didn't came, it's been like more than a month, texted on Instagram and emailed aswell, no reply.
For a company which advertise clothing for athletes to have this type of customer service is not ideal.

My order came the same day, how does that even happen. Really impressed, the fabric is class

Perfect service!. Ordered a pair of pants and recived them here in Denmark very quickly after they had been ordered. any communication with customer service i got great service and fast responce, and a good soloution :) all in all great experience. Will defenetly buy again, as these are already my favourit wourkout pants :P

Scam company. Don't reply to emails, never received items. Stay from these guys. Many fake reviews here

Update: Since leaving this reviewing I have had an email from alterego admitting the didn't fulfill my order and also saying they will refund my order of I remove this review.

Since sending that email they've also emailed trustpilot to remove this review stating its not genuine. Needless to say I've sent proof of the email and order confirmation to show that this is all a 100% genuine experience.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago, no dispatch email, no reply to my emails or Instagram messages.

Looks like company has been dissolved, according to Companies House!
Still waiting for my items and not an email reply in sight!
My actual order has never arrived, but I did receive a crappy T-shirt that is 2 sizes too big and less than half the cost of what I ordered. They still haven’t replied to my emails.
Oddly The only responses I have received were to challenge this review and also to challenge my dispute through my bank!

Scam company. Email doesn’t work on website. Never respond to DMs on instragram. Never send package.

Avoid! Never received my parcel. There is no contact with that person at all. I did try several times. No response for emails or DMs.

As someone else said already, it looks like all positive feedbacks come from the same person (fake accounts?).

Thief! AVOID!

Order placed 2-3 weeks ago, payment has been made straight away, I have received confirmation email and that was it. No sign of clothes. This... 'person' does not respond to emails as well as Instagram messages.

CHECK COMPANY DETAILS (start with the name and then address, etc. on gov website and compare it to the details on their website - FAKE).

AVOID! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE.
Every single positive feedback should be checked and banned it there is no proof of delivery, etc. They are not real.

EDIT:
STOP LYING. It's easy to use Google and find those images.
Where is my parcel then? Why don't you reply to messages and emails? Why so mamy people complain? Why comments are getting deleted?
Company details don't match as well.

as an ambassador I received excellent customer service re items I purchased. Am grateful for a non stress free experience with really kind people to talk to

I have bought many items, I am so impressed with their customer service. They have responded to my queries very quickly and resolved the problem immediately. Their gym clothes are great, I buy for my daughters too who wear both casually and to exercise.

Scam, they didn’t ship my order, took my money and then ignored me. They have their comments turned off for a reason. They steal your money then disappear. There’s no customer service, no way to get in contact. Every good review on here is completely fake

Unfortunately my experience with alter ego has not been great. I joined as an ambassador and ordered 3 shirts. One of which was supposed to be free. Only one shirt arrived after nearly a month of waiting. It was not even the shirt I selected. I have reached out to them via email and on thier social media with no reply from them. I would be careful if you live in the USA and try to order from this company. I will say that even though the shirt I did get was not the one I ordered, it is good quality. Would’ve loved to get the 3 that I ordered. It’s unfortunate.

I’m writing a review to warn everyone of this company it’s taken money from me and not sent any products. I’ve all the evidence in my emails the money they took. I was one of their ambassadors it’s without doubt the worst fitness company I’ve ever worked with. They sent me out the arm band and couple of t shirts to start me off I liked the product and put in a big order. I waited and waited and nothing came they said they would send another order and if both came to keep the product and they’d claim it back from the courier they said they used. I’ve order numbers I’ve the transaction out of my account the emails to them and my replies I got. They only emailed me recently after they seen my comment on this must have panicked but I’m not having anyone getting conned out of money like I did. There’s no phone number to ring them if you email them you get no reply. AVOID THIS PLACE.
