UPDATE: after 8 months today I finally received the refund. I'll change the rating of my review.
Sadly, I have to write again this review. They said it would take 3 to 5 days to get the refund on my account. I waited 8 days. The refund was not received. When I asked for clarification I hadn't been answered.
I will paste down here the previous 2 reviews, which I cancelled in order to get the refund (or at least this was their claim):

I was contacted to delete my previous review in order to get a refund for the order that has never arrived since July 2022. It took them 6 months to reply. Reply is not satisfactory. I still haven't got either the products or the refund. As soon as I told them I removed the review they disappeared again. For the sake of truth, I'll write down here the previous - now deleted - review from July 2022.
Things didn't change. I lost any residual trust I had in this brand. They blamed the courier but I have never received any tracking number nor shipment information. Shame on you.

July 2022:
"I should be an ambassador and you don't even reply to the mails. Ordered on 23rd July 2022 and still waiting the package to arrive."

Scammed me out of money. Tried emailing and email doesn’t exist anymore.

SCAM!! They reached out to you via Instagram for an ambassador position which I paid for an article of clothing at a discounted price, plus IG booster. After you make purchase, they try to make you another one through IG message. They offer no tracking number or any kindve of way to track your purchase. When you then decline that offer, they start ghosting you. Personally, I've experienced the same account changing to another name, description and now "offers" gaming clothing. I reached out to them but they ghost you like crazy.

If I could give 0 stars, I would! Company is trash. Made an order 4 weeks ago (Dec 24)— no product, no tracking number. SCAM!! Attempted to email company, email not working and it was undeliverable!

They offer no tracking number or any kindve of way to track your purchase. Their website basically claims anything outside of UK is not their responsibility because of their carrier (DHL). Long story short, don’t buy from the pathetic excuse for a company. As I read reviews I’m not the only one who was tricked into buying something per the ambassador position. Please don’t fall for other positive reviews. Chances are those people live in the UK & probably either 1, know the person or 2 went to whatever their corporate office is to pick up their purchase.

SCAM no products delivered ordered on 22nd Dec 2022 and was asked to be an ambassador. Paid for 2 items and nothing. I tried to email, instergram message many times and not 1 response . I’ve got order numbers but no product SCAM SCAM SCAM.

I've always been a fan of AlterEgo Fitness ever since I started hitting the gym. I love the designs. The clothes are always perfectly fitted and emphasize the natural muscle structure, keep you at the right temperature and let you move freely - all to help you achieve your goals.

On my last haul though, there was a mix up and I contacted support. Thank you to the support team for helping me out, even though it was during the weekend. The support team are crazy fast to respond and super efficient in solving any problems you might have! Thank you again for such an amazing service and I hope to be your customer for years to come!🤘

I bought an item and after a few weeks it still didn’t arrived, so I wrote them an e-Mail about my missing order, no answer till today. They have my money and I have nothing.

Got sent a discount code which didn’t say one use only. Went to use it a second time after forgetting an item and it told me the code had already been used. I used the chat to speak to an advisor and they helped me out with another code. Ended up buying more because of how helpful and prompt he was😂. The clothes fit amazing and I have always had excellent customer service. Fingers crossed for more drops so i can empty my bank 😂

Good jobguys, keep it up, clearly from some of these fake reviews you are getting a lot of hate but as they say, if your doing something right your going to annoy a lot of people and get haters, let that be testmanet to the good stuff your doing

This is a scam. As all the comments say, they message you on insta, get you to pay, then just ghost you. Don't reply to messages, don't send you anything.

I did the same as many others. I ordered in hopes of becoming a brand ambassador. Been weeks since I've ordered and no order has been delivered. I've emailed them multiple times and no response for the company. THEY are just out to steal you cash! Don't do like we did and fall for it!!

I was messaged by this companies instagram about becoming an ambassador. I Agreed and placed an initial order. This was 10/1/2022. Today is 11/6/2022 and I still haven’t received my shipment or a tracking number. I’ve reached out a couple of times to no avail. They took my money. Please don’t do business with company

Sizing was a bit off on my purchase, emailed them, returned the order and I got a new size sent out to me pretty quickly, quite happy
