This company is a joke. Ordered a stringer vest as part of ambassador application with the instaboost part.

No item is received and 5 emails and dms sent on insta, all ignored. Once I open a PayPal dispute they send a t shirt which I did not order and they don't Inc the parts of the ambassador application either. So in total I paid £40 for a t shirt worth £15.48

This company is dreadfully and has no customer service and you will not get what you paid for. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As you can see in there reply they have threatened me with legal action, bring it on as I have all the proof to back up what I am saying. Maybe they should reaf thier emails or insta dms. Bring in the legal action is all I can say 🤣. Now they have changed repky from legal action to I'm a rival company which is great as I work in a totally different area which has nothing to do with gym or clothing

This gets better by the minute. Tracking number means absolutely which is what was pointed out to ebay. This company does not send you what you pay for. Do not act as ambassador for them if you have brains.

I recently published a poor review about this company that I wish I could have taken back. I did not opt into tracking, so I was slightly concerned that my order had been lost or forgotten. I was waiting for a little over three weeks since I reordered the shirts I ordered. I have received my shirts today, I can tell you that it is well worth the wait!

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. But this seems to me like a 100% con, they take your money, don’t send a product and don’t respond to any communication. If you get a message to become an AlterEgo ambassador. Do yourself a favour and delete it. Saves a lot of messing about.
