what can I say.............super happy with what i ordered

I was wondering where my parcel was but after checking customs held it for quite a while, the AlterEgo team assured me it would arrive as soon as possible and it did, very happy

Was excited about the products and the price so figured I’d give it a go but turns out it’s money lost. Good thing the sale price was low. Ordered a stringer February 11th and still haven’t received it. I sent an email requesting an update on the order and didn’t receive a response either. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered a stronger through the ambassador program and signed up for instaboost. I had zero follow up from alterego after multiple attempts. Appears to be a scan of a program.

customs kept my order a few days extra, i was unaware but AlterEgo kept me in the loop. I was worried but my order finally arrived and I couldn't be happier, this 1 star review just went to a 5, so happy

What a joke of a business!!!! Do not respond in any reasonable manor over email or Instagram. Goods still have not arrived after nearly two weeks although they claim on their website to use Royal Mail??? Other similar type businesses for example Vanquish Fitness use the same delivery method and you receive within two days max!!! After threatening to claim costs back and leave this review they did actually email stating ‘we imagine goods will be with you any day now’ what is that??!! Thankfully I have used PayPal so a claim against this joke of a company will be going in today. Ambassador offer is a complete con to get you to purchase an item or items you do not need.
AVOID AVOID AVOID awful service, no goods received DO NOT USE
Edit 23/11 - company sent two items that had nothing to do with my order as case opened up against them via PayPal in an attempt to charge money!!!!!!
Could this get any worse
Edit 30/11 - PayPal closed case as AlterEgo claimed to have sent items and have tracking number. Case reopened with PayPal using all supporting evidence to prove this company are a complete fraud and will do anything to avoid paying money back, complete incompetent jokers and I will keep Pursuing until you give me my money!!!!!

intresting brand they do things quite different, joined as an ambassador, discounted clothes, had help with social media, got my order pretty fast considering and very happy with the quality tbh

I wouldn't even give it a one-star, this is the second time that I made an order from them and both time I didn't receive my order, the first they returned a text to me but this time no text, no apparel, nothing but frustration. The worst part about it is you don't have any way to get in contact with them on their home page. Save your $ and frustration. Roderick Martin and I will be going to get my money back from PayPal 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Now they said that my order is on its way, two months later and some off the wall crap about they tried to call and left a calling card something I know nothing about They have my address when I placed my order, I'm still done with the company and is looking to get my refund. I don't have a year to wait 👎👎👎 My response from them was quoted in their words "please feel free to complain however we have thousands of happy customers against your one complaint". So yes, I will complain, for those who don't know about Trustpilot, so that they will not have to go through the same hassle. If you are sending your money to a company, and they treat you like an outcast cause you make a complaint, which till today haven't been solved, which is going on past two months ago. Save your time and money, cause in my last two experiences has provided no apparel and loss of money, least this time I used Pay Pal.
