overall really happy with my experience with them

very decent fit, get the transcend t-shirt

Ordered 5/26 granted it was DHL shipping. Hadn't heard anything for a while and as I've read on some other reviews here. Couldn't get any info via DHL as well. Tried reaching out to the company for any info, or assistance and was met with radio silence. A buddy of mine ordered a couple shirts a week prior to my own order and the same scenario played out.

Not sure what to even think at this point. Could have been a mailing issue, sure. Overall it does feel like a scam. I would steer clear from this brand and save your money, feels crummy to say the least. If anything gets resolved I'll update my review, but as of now it's going to have to stay one star.

Company has reached out to me. Asked me to change my review and they would send the apparel with tracking. I responded that I am more than willing to change my review once it arrives. I haven't heard anything back yet, so that's the current status.

Yeah it was a scam....

I really like the look of the clothes and after some nice conversations with some folks from the company I went for the ambassador thingy..and I should have know that it wasnt for real.

After order and payment they went silent. No tracking number on the shipment, no answer on mail or dm....I quess they soon will write on this post that they can see that I have signed for a shipment, as they do on the other critical reviews 😉

Stay clear from this brand.

Edit: if you only had answered my mail or dm and shown a minimal effort to try to solve the issues..... but replies here are lughting fast and as with other negativt replies anserws allways point out customers foults and no reflection on them self.

They approach me on IG offering me the opportunity to be their ambassador. They are so convincing that made me buy their products to start the process, but I've never received what I've paid for or a single reply to my emails. They replied only when I've opened a PayPal dispute trying to convincing me to close it.
They are saying I've received the items but is false. I've never received the items I've paid for, the signature isn't mine, I've never signed it, also I've the proof I wasn't at home at that time.

This "company" reached out to me to represent them as a brand ambassador. After filling out the application, I then received a message saying I had been selected to represent them. I placed an order through their website, 2 months later I have still not received the clothing I ordered, and I have not been able to get a reply from anyone through messaging or email.

These people always use the same pattern. It's unbelievable that they still legally operating. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Now they have also come to the threats. I have the proof that I never signed the royal mail delivery because I wasn't at my address on the time and day stated on the document. I have the records of my gym electronic pass that proves I was in a different location at the time of the delivery. I have also witnesses that can confirm that no deliver has been made from Royal Mail and nobody signed on my behalf at my address. I've rised a complaint to the Royal mail and I received a reference number for my complaint. They said they will investigate and will come back with the evidence if the parcel has been collected from a wrong person and check the contents if there will be any.

So this can't be a folse review for the simple reason that I'm purely reporting my negative experience.

It has been passed two weeks since I've payed for those items, I have tried to contact the company several times for clarification but I was ignored until I've opened a dispute on PayPal, and written the review then they started replying. After that they made a delivery of something that never reached in my hands. Apart from that I have the right to tell what just happened to me and people has the right to know my negative experience and avoid the same trouble, waste of time and money.

For clarity and fairness I'm going to update with the following details. I've received today a package with the same reference number they provided to me, it didn't need a signature to be collected, it has been dropped to the letter box. It's weird the fact that now it didn't need a signature and that they found the right address today. Well, apart from that, the bag does not contain the items that I've paid for. I've paid for two items a tank top and Instaboost for a value of £34 ish, the parcel contains a t-shirt which isn't my choice for a value of £10 ish. But to be precise I've also made another order of £10 ish which also hasn't been delivered.

I hope that this will help to further clarify the fact that, at least in my opinion, that there's something deeply wrong and pre calculated in all of this.

UPDATE APR 27, 2020 --- Even though they have responded below, they STILL HAVE NOT sent anything, my initial order is STILL pending shipment. They still refuse to reply to any emails or dms. And they continue to delete my comments on instagram. --- I was approached via Instagram back on April 10 to apply for their Ambassador program. I provided the required info, was then accepted as an Ambassador and then ordered a shirt. Since then nothing has shipped, I've emailed, DM on Instagram and left comments on their Instagram posts (which have been deleted) and yet no one will tell me if/when this order will ship. Not exactly how I expect a business relationship to begin. Very poor, seems like a scam.
