Scammers
To balance all the fake 5-star reviews by the business itself, here’s my two cents: was asked to become an ambassador via Instagram, order took ages to arrive. when I finally received my package, it wasn’t what I ordered at all: I ordered several sleeveless hoodies and got a cheap plastic tank top instead; it was so fake and plastic it would even catch fire on a hot day in the sun. I wanted my money back and sent back the stuff. They never repaid and threaten with lawsuits hoping to shut you up.
Stay away from anything affiliated with AlterEgo Fitness!

Okay, what about the email about my member as an ambassador? He was supposed to come and I'm still waiting for him, I bought additional options and I also do not have any information about them.of course I will change my opinion if I get what I bought. Why don't you respond to an email?
This company is a scam. I bought clothes on 17.07, I was to become their ambassador. No information from their side about the products purchased and my ambassador membership. They don't read Instagram emails and messages. They stole 87 zlotys from me. I am disappointed because I had a good opinion about this company

Never received the items or any reply to my email
Long story but I'm going to keep it short...
Ordered a t-shirt and a short but never received them.
I was supposed to receive them about more than 2 weeks ago and when I click on the tracking button it doesn't show anything.
No information about where the parcel is or when will I receive them.
I emailed their customer service team and heard nothing back.
I finally had to open a dispute on Revolut (i paid with my revolut visa card) and get my money back.
Guys, stay away from AlterEgo.
