I bought some glass Christmas decorations when in Keswick but didn’t buy enough. Ordered more online and they were here in a couple of days despite the postal strikes. Absolutely gorgeous decorations.

I live a few minutes from the Keswick store. The welcome is always pleasant and the store layout is different with each visit. I regularly pop in for gift ideas because there always seems to be something appropriate. Lovely staff and great gifts.

I’m still waiting for my goods . Due to royal mail been on strike . So I got in-touch with Alternative . They were very helpful in trying to trace my order . For me and said they would be in-touch next week to see if I have received them

Visited the shop in Keswick and found some lovely items for home. Later ordered some items , last minute, to add to wedding presents. Because it was quite last minute , I sent a message asking if they could possibly make a speedy delivery. The items were sent well wrapped and received within 2 days . Excellent service and beautiful products.
