I have been a customer of Althams Travel, Bury for a number of years along with family members also using this branch. Staff are always friendly and happy to help, however I can’t thank Suzanne enough! Suzanne is by far the best travel agent I have ever dealt with, her knowledge of locations, hotels, resorts is fantastic.

Suzanne isn’t a travel agent who just wants you to book a holiday and move on she takes pride in finding the perfect holiday for you, she is honest and will give her opinion on what you’re looking for- whether it be a sun holiday, cruise or city break!

Suzanne will go above and beyond for her customers, she will continue to look for holidays until she finds the very best for you- even if that means she stays late on a Friday evening (as she did for me) or working in the evening at home.

I can’t recommend Suzanne enough!

Althams Bury..

The staff at Althams Bury where excellent helping me choice the right holiday with all the pros and cons I required.

The Shop was welcoming and all the Staff especially Ryeleah helped me make booking my holiday enjoyable.

We have used Athams travel in Bury for quite some years now and the service has never faltered . All the staff are friendly, accommodating, polite . Nothing is too much trouble . It’s a first class device they provide and would give 6 stars if possible.

I booked a cruise for my 60 th for 14 of my friends . They were so helpful and nothing was to much trouble for them . I would highly recommend the shop I went to in Bury Lancs. Well done ladies keep up the brilliant service and thanks again

Althams Denton the lovely Amanda who helps us out every time we go in nothing is is a problem, from the two of going away or the whole family.
The other ladies and Andrea the manager are fantastic so helpful polite and friendly.
Would recommend using them every time.

We are frequent visitors to the Yeadon branch of Althams. All the staff are amazing and although we always know where we want to go on holiday they are super efficient at arranging our bookings etc. Last week we booked 2 holidays for 2026 courtesy of Heather and when we returned to pick up the paperwork we ended up booking a week in Majorca leaving in 2 weeks time! Safe to say that we wouldn’t travel with any other agents!!

We always use Althams in Bury, we book about 3 holidays a year with them and the help is above and beyond, Suzanne is just amazing she has so much patience with you nothing is too much trouble, we would never go anywhere else and I tell everybody to book with them, keep up the good work girls you all deserve some praise

The ladies at Bolton branch are just amazing. Every year we come in to book our family holiday and nothing it too much trouble and they really take the time to help us pick the perfect holiday.
