New oils arrived quickly but unable to use as the Aluxury waterless diffuser I purchased less than 12 months ago is no longer working which is disappointing as I was expecting the diffuser to last for years given the price of this product

Disappointing experience with product and service
I recently had a disheartening experience with this company, prompting me to share my feedback for the benefit of potential customers. Despite the promise of quality and customer satisfaction, my interactions fell significantly short of expectations.
Within the first 3 months of using the diffuser, I encountered issues with the product that required immediate attention. Despite its initial functionality, the product quickly failed, leading to a series of communications with customer service. The proposed solutions, including routine maintenance and cleaning, proved ineffective, as did replacing the nozzle.
This, coupled with the need for constant troubleshooting, made the product more of a hassle than a helpful tool.
Despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably, the customer service response was underwhelming. The repeated back-and-forth, coupled with the lack of a definitive resolution, led me to question the value of the product and the reliability of the company's support system.
After considerable time, effort, and stress, I have regrettably decided to cease using this company's services. The experience has been neither beneficial nor worthy of further investment of my time or resources.
To potential customers, I advise caution and thorough research before committing to this company. The quality of customer service and the effectiveness of their product solutions should be carefully considered to avoid similar disappointments.
In conclusion, while I had hoped for a positive outcome, the overall experience was marked by frustration and dissatisfaction, leading me to share this honest review.

Waterless oil diffuser

Delivered fine. Outdated instructions caused product confusion. Misting given off is surprisingly weak but it still quickly spreads. Fragrance oil .. beautiful, though a little pricey - Dusk Solace.
