Excellent diffuser, lovely fragrances
We’ve been using the Nebula oil diffuser for nearly a year now. It’s been flawless in operation, and the battery life is superb. We’re using the Harmonious and Edulis fragrances at the moment and they smell really good (which I appreciate is subjective) and have lasted well. Will be investing in new scents/oils from Aluxury shortly!

Very Noisy
Very noisy diffuser try before you remove red stickers. Very disappointed waste of our money. I wish my video with sound could be uploaded then You can hear this and it is noticeable over the TV and I wear hearing aids.

This is sad to see Yve. Our customer support team have done everything to accommodate you, including the initial issue of you providing the wrong address. Nowhere does it state that the diffuser is silent, it has to be make a noise and it's less than 30db.
We have numerous customers using it at night, therefore we're surprised by your response. Even the video you've provided shows that it is considered to be very quiet. It's unfortunate we can't upload it here.

Wrong item was sent. Customer service team have been in contact and sending a replacement. Communication has been good but just annoying being sent the wrong item in the first place.

Lovely designed diffuser
Products look lovely, came in nice packaging and velvet type bag. Website was easy to use and good discounts. Not used the product yet as it is a Christmas gift for my daughter.

Excellent Service
The products came very quickly and the unboxing experience was great. I have used this constantly as at the touch of a button, I have divine fragrance in my bedroom and because of the different timings, I can tailor the fragrance emitted to suit my mood.

Love this product!
I am really pleased with my diffuser. One charge seems to last and the scent fills the room well.
It arrived well packaged and in good time. So pleased I have purchased another one as a Christmas gift.
