Membership fee collected without informing me
I made a purchase based on an ad in a game called Pencil Sort.In this ad, it was written that I could have a carplay box for only 189.25 tl. However today an additional amount of 263 tl was withdrawn from my card. There was no information about any payment for membership.I am a victim. I request a refund of the entire amount 523 tl I paid.Pls hrlp me

I've finally been caught by one of these Phishing scams 🙃 was in a rush to pay online for parking, they hijacked the back of the website with a pop up, I stupidly didn't notice until it was too late, I'm not the only person this has happened to. The bank will not do anything as it's a "legitimate contract". I cancelled my card and closed my bank account that day as a result.
Update:
I contacted the email address on the website, explained my situation and was advised they would refund me and not charge any further money as a gesture of good will providing I update my review. Phoebe was helpful on the matter which I thank her for.
I know this doesn't need to be said but be careful guys the ways in which you can get done are far more sophisticated these days I can't quite believe it.

Fraudulent company
Fraudulent company , leads you to believe you are buying an item but instead signs you upto a 39 pound a month membership , there is no item and they’ll deny any orders
