I think I've ordered six times from Alycandy. I love their masks. Great designs and very comfortable. I have masks to coordinate with my wardrobe. I buy them for me, my husband, my mother and my friends. Nothing says I love and care about you like a beautiful mask.

Great product
I had some concerns last April when it took my order three weeks to arrive. It was lost in shipping. It was promptly replaced. These masks come in such pretty patterns. People have asked me where I got them. They are comfortable. I placed my second order and will wear the with confidence also. I highly recommend these products.

I bought three masks and have enjoyed wearing them. They are very comfortable. I have a small head and all masks I buy are too big for my head. The ear straps are made out of a stretchy material so I was able to tie a knot in them and make them smaller.Now they fit perfectly.

I've ordered several facemasks from Alycandy. They're well made and make wearing a mask a little bit of fun. Filters fit easily into them for that added protection. I highly recommend them.

Alycandy masks fit me the best from all the masks I have tried. They are comfortable to wear all day long. I have no trouble breathing in them, and my ears never hurt from wearing them. Plus they are colorful and have really cool designs. There is a pouch for a filter, also, and they are just as comfortable with one in.

Terrible product, even worse customer service!
The two masks I recently ordered are HUGE!
Not at all like previous masks I purchased from you that fit my face perfectly.
And you didn’t respond to my email complaint.
Complete waste of money...buyer beware!
And in response to your email reply in which you are now asking me for a photo with a ruler, I suggest you re-read my review. I pointed out that I purchased masks from you previously and was satisfied, but was shocked to find the latest masks I received were twice as large. It’s too bad I can’t attach a photo here of these masks side by side so all can see the inconsistent sizing!

About the mask size, we only make a medium size so they can not perfectly fit for everyone. But don't worry, you can adjust the elastic straps to fit you by tieing the straps then hide the knots inward.

We did not receieve your complaint email about the mask so we can not resolve your problem until we saw your review on Trustpilot. After that, we sent you an email to solve the case as fast as possible. So we hope for your understanding.
Moreover, we need proofs to verify the problem with our factory so we have to ask for your photo of mask with ruler. Hope you could sympathize with us in this case.
